card making stamping
I make tons of drops ahead of time on wax paper, let them dry, them store them flat. After they're dry, they peel off very easily and I can glue them to my finished card like a sequin or gumdrops. Works for me, since I'm accident prone and will ruin a card if I try to use them wet😂!
I’m only just starting with Nuevo drops, and already have the flower tools so will have a go.Thanks for the tip!
Yes!!! I can now use Nuvo Drops, thank you, thank you, thank you. I have ms with dexterity issues this tip means I can finally use the drops from my tonic kits😊😊😊
I love using Nuvo drops this way, I use an old fiskars embossing stylus and it works perfect for putting white highlights on people or critters eyes. Plus I like the smaller drop size for accents.
Love your tutorials! Your personality and knowledge are Great.
LOVE these drops! Thanks for the tips! Keep the great videos coming!!!!😊😊😊😊😊💕
I did this as well. I Love dotting, and, it just made sense that I could use the drops this way. From there, I began using toothpicks, and draw with them, lately, I've been attempting to Hand Letter with them. That is Exactly what triggered my using the stylus, florals!! Too cool... thank you for Sharing. And, All of the amazing things you do!!
Woo Hoo...another use for my tonic floral tool set!
Fab tip. I have the drops but don't use them cause I always end up smearing one drop or they are splogy. I will definitely have a go at this tip and see how I get on. Tfs 😘
Thank you for the idea.... Huggles
Thank you loving all these tips
This is a fab tip - thanks so much!
Great tips thank you for sharing.
Great tip!
Great tip! I have a funny story. My red jewel drops bottle was clogged and I was trying to get it unclogged. I had been using a needle, etc. I thought it was ready, I started to squeeze.....harder...and WHAM the bottle tip flew off and I had red Nuvo drops all over me, my table, my new pants, the floor. You get the picture. The only place it didn’t hit was my face. ANDthere is still a half bottle left 😂
Has anyone ever done a Nuvo Drop troubleshooting video? THAT I would like to see as I get more trouble with those dang things . . .
What sort of things do you have issues with we'd love to help with a top 5 questions answered maybe?
@@HedgehogHollow They begin to dry out and the above issue [explosion] occurs, or they don't flow correctly and the drops look like cones. I have taken to squeezing out a bunch at once on wax paper but then they require gluing which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm about to give up and go to all enamel dots.
Susan Davenport Yes, I didn’t use mine for maybe a 1-1/2 years and now they look like cones. I will try this tip but wondered if I should add a bit of glycerine.
Good tip thanks
Any ideas on how to store the drops? I made a ton of them and am now wondering what’s a good storage solution!
I keep them in the Avery Elle Small wallets by color theme or drop type depending how many I have
I have a question. I have the Jewel drops. Is the technique for making the drops the same as the crystal drops because I am having problems with them being pointed out at the top so is there a technique that I can use to prevent this? Thank you for sharing this tip.
Yes you can do it with any nuvo drops but I have added to our FAQ's for a 10 10 troubleshooting with nuvo drops coming soon
Hedgehog Hollow. Thank you. I will watch for it.
I was stoked to get this floral tool set and pick up some other stuff while I was at the Tonic shop, and THEY WERE SOLD OUT of so much that I was imagining crickets are the only thing left in their warehouse...
We have containers coming in daily; we have been so busy since Creativation!
@@HedgehogHollow I can imagine! So much to play with. So little time!
Great video thank you for the tip 👧🏻

I use these tools for making dots on my nails. I already had then so no need to buy “ nail art” dotting tools.
Sorry not amazed.
Great tip!!!
