Tulsa, OK has an AMAZING music scene, often overlooked outside of Oklahoma. Not only amazing music, amazing food, art, and so much more.
Wife and I are there almost every Sunday. Best music around. As much as I would love to keep this band and this bar a little secret, Johnny, Thomas Trapp, and the whole band deserve all the opportunities the industry has to offer!

Rhett, There's a killer group of players in Tulsa. Seth lee Jones, Chebon Tiger, Paul Benjamin, John Fullbright (Grammy Nominated). Bukovac hangs with Seth Jones in one of his videos when he's recording and gives him a real shout out. It's a deep bench there.

He’s playing the legendary Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, OK this Saturday, August 10th! Cain’s history speaks for itself and we can’t wait to welcome Johnny prior to his tour overseas.
So many people know this dude from different ways. I met him when she was underage, sneaking into clubs to play with improv hip hop and jazz shit. He was always just blowing minds. Then he was more subtle about his country-shredding abilities and he'd throw it in here and there and then like he just wails one day, and he sings really great and writes really smooth shit. He doesn't hate anything about being country adjacent but the dude plays a seamless ocean of styles, with a psychedic flourish. He makes deep shit you can get pregnant too and he'll like be barn burning at night and roll into some dope black gospel church band the next day. He can back up anything and not make it about him and then you want to give him moments to shine. He's not shitty to women or a secret asshole. I love the dude. Hell yeah, he blew your mind! That's what's psychedelic about it. It feels like your ears can't believe what's going on.

Yup. Tulsa scene is the best out there for this kind of music. So great. We live in DFW and go there as often as possible and KNOW we will always see great music. Now do this video for every other player in that band bc they are all that good!
