Rainy night will continue into Saturday, break by Saturday evening

Overnight and into Saturday, a strong area of low pressure in the Gulf of Alaska will inch closer to Oregon bringing a potent atmospheric river, "firehose of moisture" out of the tropics and aimed right at the Oregon Coast. Heaviest rain after 8pm and into Saturday morning. Storm passes by Sunday and what's left is scattered showers and sunbreaks for next week. No completely dry day for next 7 days, but a building ridge of high pressure is signifying warmer and drier conditions towards next Thursday and next weekend.
