In my area we are getting hit hard with scammers who claim to be Geek Squad through Best Buy and Best Buy has been made aware of this these people have been x-rated phone and threatening... all except the last person I spoke with and I recorded him he sounds tired and Afraid.... but it's a really big deal they've been blowing up our phones with calls. I do not have a computer but my phone is still not right since they've been calling so often. One young man admitted he was from India I'm could only talk when I did not hear other men speaking another language in the background and he admitted it did not want to do this and he admitted to dangers.

It is pretty entertaining. However it's cut in a way that makes the storyline so intense and dramatic, that it's almost lame. Yet, 90% of their videos are them not getting what they want. So we sit through a 30 minutes video for an anticlimactic ending almost every time.

Dexter asked him to type his name at 25:34 and he typed KEVIN. 🤔 This is too much $$ to simply use "blind" mules, its too risky the mule will open the box and keep the $$. He knows exactly what's happening. Great job again peeling away at the onion of this scam. Stay safe, watch this turn out to be some MUST SEE TV as we follow the red string to Mafia of some sort. Ash and Art, your approach was great on this one….calm, respectful, straight forward, no drama. This young man was afraid and knew more than he’s telling you. Maybe he didn’t want to rat out a friend, or friend of a friend. He also didn’t want to incriminate himself. He probably alerted someone when he went inside and they diverted the package.

Unless the kid was always kept an eye on as he was in to change his pants, he might have talked to the scammer via phone and told him about Ashton and Art's questionings about the package. The reason why the kid was cooperative to an extent when he got back out could have been because he finally knew how to act innocent infront of you guys and keep the secrets unfounded at the same time. The real scammer must have helped him through this obstacle.

I continued to watch video after video, following the entire "Markissimo" and "Dybala" stories and more of your funny scam call content. I was literally in tears (heartfelt and laughter!!). The benefit of speaking two languages, one can almost easily put and accent on and speak in broken english, specifically when raised with one language at home and another for schooling. Can’t say how many times me and my siblings do this to each other as a joke 🤣🤣
This act of redirecting packages was tried on a relative who was trying to sell a camera on Craiglist a number of years ago. She got an offer too good to be true, but the "buyer" said she could pick up the money from the post office once she sent off the camera and the basic tracking info. I told her the price was too good to be true, and the post office does not act like a bank holding her payment from the scammer. I looked up the address and found it was a hospital. For a fee the post office will let you do a "redirect". So for the price of a small fee, the scammers would have gotten a $500+ camera. Looks like the scammers in this video are setting up innocent people if the cops get involved. Great job fellas!!

Good work guys... Every level of this scam should be reported. These kids don't care about people who are getting scammed. They just want free holidays, clothes, gadgets. On the other hand the state and financial instututions do not react properly neither.
Will this video get a follow up? Also, I'm sorry guys but that kid was LYING. He was the one who alerted the Scammers which is why the call was made to change to pick up. It said delivered and unless another video says otherwise, my guess is the kid DID receive it and lied again. I wish calling police would be proof. It's almost worth it to put SOMETHING of value in the package being sent so when it's received, you can report a crime of "Theft by Deception" and prosecute the "mule".
I completely agree here. Due to the police never taking action unless there is something of value inside the package. It's sad that the police won't do anything about this since it IS illegal.
I could be wrong but doing that wouldn't work either because I think the sender has to unknowingly send something to the scammer and them be caught receiving it. If you knowingly send them something for the purpose of catching them is that not entrapment. The police need proof of an actual real scam.

But if I got the chance to confront these situations head on I would have a fully implanted strategy. Ur not in touch with law enforcement?? Ash and Art, your approach was great on this one….calm, respectful, straight forward, no drama. This young man was afraid and knew more than he’s telling you. Maybe he didn’t want to rat out a friend, or friend of a friend. He also didn’t want to incriminate himself. He probably alerted someone when he went inside and they diverted the package.

I checked with my tablet instead. Then they threatened us that they were going to come and kill us. I get about 6 calls a day still. Keep up the great work guys!

It’s about time that someone is taking this seriously and is confronting these people! Every time I get scam calls I take their information and report it. I am then told there’s nothing they can do as these scammers use fake IP Address and also use over sea accounts as well, which makes it impossible to catch them. 🤷🏻♀️ Glad you guys are taking a stand

Unless the kid was always kept an eye on as he was in to change his pants, he might have talked to the scammer via phone and told him about Ashton and Art's questionings about the package. The reason why the kid was cooperative to an extent when he got back out could have been because he finally knew how to act innocent infront of you guys and keep the secrets unfounded at the same time. The real scammer must have helped him through this obstacle.

..My mother was scammed a few times before she passed..she had nothing by the time she had to live with my husband and I and redt her soul she passed a few years later. I continued to watch video after video, following the entire "Markissimo" and "Dybala" stories and more of your funny scam call content. I was literally in tears (heartfelt and laughter!!). I subscribed and Im still watching videos today.. all though not getting much sleep last night. The last time I looked at the clock, it was 6:11AM!!! This act of redirecting packages was tried on a relative who was trying to sell a camera on Craiglist a number of years ago. She got an offer too good to be true, but the "buyer" said she could pick up the money from the post office once she sent off the camera and the basic tracking info. I told her the price was too good to be true, and the post office does not act like a bank holding her payment from the scammer. I looked up the address and found it was a hospital. For a fee the post office will let you do a "redirect". So for the price of a small fee, the scammers would have gotten a $500+ camera. Looks like the scammers in this video are setting up innocent people if the cops get involved. Great job fellas!!

Good work guys... Every level of this scam should be reported. These kids don't care about people who are getting scammed. They just want free holidays, clothes, gadgets. On the other hand the state and financial instututions do not react properly neither.

Also, I'm sorry guys but that kid was LYING. He was the one who alerted the Scammers which is why the call was made to change to pick up.
It said delivered and unless another video says otherwise, my guess is the kid DID receive it and lied again.
I wish calling police would be proof. It's almost worth it to put SOMETHING of value in the package being sent so when it's received, you can report a crime of "Theft by Deception" and prosecute the "mule".
I completely agree here. Due to the police never taking action unless there is something of value inside the package. It's sad that the police won't do anything about this since it IS illegal.
I could be wrong but doing that wouldn't work either because I think the sender has to unknowingly send something to the scammer and them be caught receiving it. If you knowingly send them something for the purpose of catching them is that not entrapment. The police need proof of an actual real scam.
The truth of the matter is that the police do not care and they never will.
