They all rant about useless shit to appeal to their social media team, high influence restaurants, and all the other wankers in the culinary world. Sure they probably understand how flavours and ingredients work, but they're all too busy having to decorate their opinions that it's impossible to get a decent evaluation of how something tastes online. Not worth it now it's too busy just a crazy trend and they are absolutely milking it. Better feeds in the local places just look for where's packed/ full of locals n eat there 👌🏼
