Awesome video man, and nice GT/CS!!!!!, love the black, working on getting a 2012 myself. These Gone in 60 sec. songs are synonymous with badass mustangs now. Makes me want to watch the movie.
@sc93ws The side Gt/CS stripes are not very noticeable on the black, as they are also black, you'll have to come close to really see them. Doesn't matter to me, cause I recently took them off and got the 5.0 emblems with front fenders that looks so much better IMO; I'll make another video of my GT/CS when done with some other mods, it's a California Special very special now... :)) So if you want your stripes GT/CS to stand out, then I'll take the Ingot Silver, they will really stand out.
@sc93ws Thanks dude! Yeah these new GT/CS are awesome!! Both Black or Ingot Silver look great, what you want to consider is this: Black is the meanest color on a Mustang, and the California Special truly looks awesome in that color! On the bad part; black is harder to keep clean and spotless... The Ingot Silver will be easier to keep clean and will still look great with the contrasts of the balck and silver: it's your choice at the end... I don't regret at all taking black, I live also in LA...
During the time when I was ordering my new 2012 GT/CS, I was looking for the differences from the exterior. Just thought I'd point out how to tell from a 2011 and 2012 GT/CS. The grill on the 2011 is "chrome" but the 2012 is black.
Awesome video... A Mustang has always been my dream car and I'm getting a California Special for my senior year graduation. This video just makes me want it that much more. I was in awe of the car. But I just want an opinion, which color for the GTCS, black or ingot silver? I kind of want to be able to see the side stripe with the GTCS but thanks to your video, black looks freaking bad ass. Any opinion would help & just FYI I'm from LA so whatever color you guys think would look the sickest here
@AsphaltCowboySpirit thanks for the response. I do agree that the black looks the meanest. But is the stripe that noticable on the black so someone on the sidewalk can tell it's a California Special instead of just a normal black Mustang? I'm just asking beacause you don't see these Mustangs everyday and I want it to look good while also letting everyone know this isn't your average Mustang. To turn heads you know lol.
@AsphaltCowboySpirit Thanks for the responses. I really appreciate your help. Keep me posted about the next video I'd really appreciate it. Good luck with all your mods it sounds like it would be sick.
Actually mine is around 430hp now, as I got the Ford Racing Performance tune plus some Ford Racing performance exhaust. There is anyway a lot of doubts about the 8hp the 2013/14 are suppose to have compared to the 2011/12... Anyway, I don't think anyone would be able to notice a 8hp difference on a daily driver lol. On the other side, the tune does make a huge difference compared to stock, especially in the low end torque area.
i have a white 2011 fully loaded 20k miles on it now ford racing exhaust, soon i will add a turbo with 6-8 pounds of boost. should hit 500 rwhp. white and black are by far the best colors. great song to show this beast. this is by far the best cs they have ever made, its almost a crime to drive it like you stole it. trust me take off the traction control and this car will destroy tires.
This video is badass. Your car is badass. You are badass. I really like that Moby song too. Props man, it was a sick video.

@MrFishCar Thanks dude!
A straight line performer. Corners?
Got the Ford Racing Handling Pack, it corners very well too ;-)
Just bought one of these myself, only thing I wanna change is plasti dip or powder cost the chrome grille black. I think it looks better on the 2012
Jason Kornega How much they go for? I know the '11 GTs are going for less than 20 now, wondering if the CS/GTs are similar.
@IrishChris1979 Thanks dude! Yup the iPhone 4 makes great HD videos...
