When I tried a Sole treadmill at my local store, I found the speed adjustment on the handlebar very kludgy to use. I was hoping you could just push the speed switch for up or down to quickly increase/decrease the speed, but I found you had to make a distinct click for each increment and it really seemed to take my full concentration to adjust it (if that makes sense) to the point where I wasn't able to concentrate on running. Is this typical of Sole treadmills or could this just be a problem with the treadmill I was using? If that is to be expected, it really was distracting enough that it would be a deal breaker for me.
I'm really interested in the F85 but don't quite have the space. Any recommendations for something just as good but a few inches more compact? Thank you!
I would check out the Sole F63 or Horizon 7.0 AT these treadmills aren't as high-powered as the Sole F85, but they're excellent compact treadmills for running. The NordicTrack 1750 is as powered as the F85 and it is a couple of inches shorter. All of these are great treadmills and good alternatives to the F85. Let us know if you have any more questions!
Thank you so much for this amazing review! We really appreciate your insights and comparisons!
We bought a SOLE F80, we love it. I wish it had a larger screen though.
So which one would you choose?
She tells it all in the conclusion…
Is the F85 android powered like the f89? Big software difference.

Wonderful channel! It helped me a lot to make/confirm my preference and ultimate choice! F85 it will be! :-) :-)
Why don’t you test Technogym? Specifically the Technogym Run.
Those treadmills are thousands of dollars apart.
