- First “week” back in the gym since tour!!!
Very light week and mainly focused on conditioning and laser beam skills. Love doing sets of 3 back to back. Also, set a new personal height record for standing arabian! The last time I attempted one to stacked mats was about two years ago and I beat it by about 2.5 inches!! Having Audrie in the gym with me those days was such a blast and she is the best cheerleader I could ask for!

I'm glad you're back Chellsie! But even more glad that you took some time to yourself before you went back to the gym. That is so, so important and you make such a good role model for other athletes to put themselves before their training!
I can't imagine a better coach than Audrielle, she's so supportive towards her athlete!

It is so sweet to watch mother & daughter do gymnastics together. You set an excellent example for her. Even if she never reaches the Olympic level like you did, she may someday be a college gymnast.

At the beginning of quarantine I basically started binge watching gymnastics. I just needed to see people accomplishing goals that they had worked hard for in the midst of the sudden stop that we were all experiencing. I have watched this since the beginning and it has been so inspiring. Watching your mental process before attempting an amanar in the beginning and the first time you did an Arabian on the high beam were only small glimpses of the accomplishments to come. I know nothing about gymnastics and I have watched every week. Setting your limits and boundaries on how many skills you do, how much training you do, and prioritizing your family is something that women need to see. We may not be doing gymnastics, but many of us are doing things at a high level with a lot of stress and pressure.

I love her, "I'm so proud of you, mama!" She learns from the best, as I know she is seeing you and all your encouragement you give her and she gives it right back. You look so strong.

I know nothing , but it seems you have more height on your Arabian now while on beam, and your illusion is way more consistent. I am amazed at all you do!

So glad that you took some time for YOU, and glad to see you back in the gym. I love watching (and listening to) Coach Audrielle. Her "I'm so proud of you Mama!" made my heart melt. My nieces will tell me they love me or that I'm cool and it feels so good to hear that - I already know it, but to hear the validation is really something.
I also loved watching her on the "hop track". No matter if gymnastics is/is not in her future, she is learning to have fun at something - and that is important too.

My gosh, this video was so precious. Thanks again Chellsie and Audrielle for showing us your joy and love. Reminds me of when I was a kid and my mom would sing with me everywhere we went. And to be honest, every video you make is a banger Chellsie, but Audrielle really takes them to another level XD Just so wonderful and joyous.

It is so wonderful that you are such a great example to your daughter! Showing her by example that you are never to old to try new things, challenge yourself, and that "if at first you don't succeed; try, try again". And the best part was her telling you that she is proud of you at the end.
