Listen. Finn was tough and hard headed, even as a kid. Fionna and Cake is no stranger to blood and even gore, but Finn's head was not pierced as evidenced by the lack of blood and splatter. I think he'll survive with a major concussion and terrible case of fractured skull, but i think he could live.

Finn should ABSOLUTELY have died then, with the force able to instantly shatter all of his teeth, which, may I remind you, are some of the most powerful structures in the human body. Finn is heard headed and TOUGH. Even as a kid! Now, being an adult, I'm pretty sure- no, CERTAIN that he could have survived that. The animal hats were designed to withstand a vampire bite, I'm sure they could've cushioned the strike enough.

I really don't think he's dead.
It seemed pretty clear to me that his fight with Scarab was meant to throw us off until he makes a surprise comeback.
Also one would be surprised at the injuries one can survive, those being pointy means they is a high chance that they missed vital points. However brain damage is a given, if hes alive he might not be able to talk or might have epilepsy or something.
also not, we saw blood in an earlier episode...so they aren't afraid to add blood, yet farmworld finn had no blood when he was stabbed
I’m expecting an eventual big fight with every Finn, fionna and Jake/cake we meet where they all take down the scarab or an eventual other big bad if the show goes on longer
Normal finn got his back bloodied to hell yet this Finn didn't bleed at all, he's fine
He wouldn't be dead, we see him keep his eyes closed forcefully when he gets impaled.
Idk why everyone says Finn transformed a lot faster than Simon. When Simon makes a portal to the past and gets Betty, we see that the first time he put on the crown he acted just like Finn. Also in the Simon & Marcy episode, we see that his hair and beard would get longer when he put the crown, but would shorten when he took it off.
Also the fact that whenever Simon pulled himself together, he immediatelly would take the crown off, while Finn didn't, he kept it on even when he was concious. So that would explain why he appears to transform faster.
Finn lost his sanity instantly after putting on the crown and whenever it would get sent flying off he would try to retrieve it to put it back on but Simon would snap out of it if the crown got knocked off his head of hell even while he still has the crown on. Idk if its just he's a bit mentally stronger or what but yeah it feels like the crown has a little less control over Simon. Like it still controlled him A LOT but not to the same extent as farmworld finn.
I think that is a testament of Simon's focus and determination, he was an adult who went around the world in search of magic item
Farmworld Finn is a kid with a harsh life, he's mentally weaker, more vulnerable to the powers of the crown
I think it’s just that farmworld Finn is a child with weaker willpower than normal Finn. Normal Finn wouldn’t have been swayed as much by the crown, but this Finn is naive

Plus Simon was far more mentally there then the Finn who thought his family was dying
Humans wear hats like Finn's as effective armor against penetration-based attacks like vampire bites. He also seems to not take it off like when he's wearing a hat under his hat, implying it's too important for him to take off in case of a situation like an ambush. I'm sure he made it.

Yeah, but vampires teeth don't go THAT deep or have nearly the same amount of force put into the stab, I'm sure the hat works fine for vampires but an intergalactic being striking with enough force to shatter the rocks under his head, FROM A STAB yeah Finn is very dead there

@jetrifle4209 Another reason could be argued that Scarab was after the trio primarily and wants them alive. Wasting extra time or energy to kill someone just seems counterproductive. If he did kill Fin though... it could count as going rogue as Finn isn't a cosmic criminal.
@CloudyNight2156 makes sense why he was so weird around his bosses in the latest episodes, because farmworld Finn a) has served his purpose in the story throughout edventure time and b) isn't the Finn we follow, and we've seen alternate versions of main characters die in other universes like Simon and Marceline in farmworld. Moral of the story, adventure time is not afraid of killing alternate main characters. Hell, Jake is literally dead in the main universe so idk why people think main character symptom applies to adventure time lol
You know I liked the design Adult Farmworld Finn had. In fact this is kinda what I imagined Adult Ooo Finn to be like years ago (and no it wasn’t only due to that vision of older Finn in the Lich’s first appearance). Like I imagine Finn to be this Conan the Barbarian/Guts type of Warrior who can practically manhandle threats that uses to give him trouble when he was a kid and required both him and Jake to take down. I even see him either wearing genuine armor or still that shirt and shorts he always wear except you would actually see how muscular he truly is. Also I used to imagine that cute war cry Finn use to due back in Season 1-3 would evolve to be a actual terrifying roar of a warrior viking going into a Berserker rage
Personally, I prefer it over the adult finn we got tbh

Prime Finn is of course more whimsical as an adult, partially due to having been raised by his older brother after having two sets of parents lost, and partially due to Ooo being a much more whimsical place than Farmworld. They both fit their environments really well.
he reminded me of Guts as well. i love how his fighting style has changed too, you would never see kid Finn throw his opponent like he did with Scarab
I personally think that farmworld finn probably survives. I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure a person like finn could get away with a fractured skull. Sure he may almost die, but I'd say there's a fair chance he'd be fine after some time

Don't underestimate the hat, even if vampires don't exist in farmworld, it may be a multiversal constant that animal hats are durable enough to protect against piercing blows like the ooo versions do
Vampires did very much exist because marceline was seen in farm world everything up to the war didn't change ice king just made earth get frozen over instead of being mutated by a bomb which knowing the properties ice has in adventure time means really no one died from this apocalypse directly, vampires included
@hggs4466 Farmworld Marceline wasn't a vampire, otherwise she wouldn't have been an old woman when Finn meets her, she survived 1000 years only because she's half demon
@@hggs4466 In Stakes, Marceline explains that the vampires in ooo came out because the mushroom bomb weakened humans to small enough numbers for them to attack. Farmworld's mushroom bomb never went off during the war, yet the humans were still technologically weak and few in number after thawing out of Simon's apocalypse. Farmworld Finn even set off the bomb on top of Simon, which ultimately should've further reduced the human population and properly introduced mutations and new magic to ooo, yet it's been decades since and everything is still perfectly normal, so either they're long gone or still hiding for some reason
@@casuallectures2655 Finn wears an animal hat so at some point they must have been a threat to humans but through heros like this world's Billy(bobby) and whoever holds the stones of power could have taken them out in some unseen conflict
furthermore Finn icing everything up stopped the mushroom bomb from doing its purpose of introducing magic as within the ice no one could be harmed so they all sorta waited out the initial effect
just leaving a wasteland but no mutants or magic
@hggs4466 I wouldn't say that, the only reason we know for sure that Bobby is there is just cause Farmworld Finn fought him for the Enchiridion. As for the hat, Finn is still the only one who wears one, not even his kids wear hats, so it's probably just coincidence. Also Farmworld Finn didn't shield the bomb's explosion, all he did was shield himself and his donkey cause they were next to it, it still should've introduced magic or had a bigger impact with mutations and stuff but it weirdly didn't
I really hope farmworld Finn lived cause they didn’t officially show him die they quickly cut away after being attacked. It was great seeing his character again and just throw down the destiny gang once again.
I hope didn’t die either. Maybe be knocked out or a minor fracture, those hats were made to defend humans from vampires, best case scenario a minor concussion or knocked out
Scarab probably just knocked him out to subdue him, he probably knows better than to go around killing people in other universes or he'd get in trouble, and as we've seen he's very by the book when it comes to rules, while he did threaten to kill this universe's Choose Goose I think it was just an empty threat because he only gave him a good scare, I don't think he'd ever kill someone other than Fionna, Cake, or Simon since he's part of the main universe and probably isn't off limits plus he is harboring abominations that shouldn't exist.

I thought about this as well, I don’t think he’d actually kill someone he doesn’t have to, and possibly mess up the multiverse. I think he used non lethal force on Farm Finn. Finn’s a strong dude.
If this show wants to show someone dying, it doesn't hold back, it makes it pretty clear. That's why I believe that Farmworld Finn wouldn't have made a wincing face but rather would've gone limp immediately if he was meant to be dead. This is also why I think that Marceline and Princess Bubblegum from the vampire world might still be alive since we never saw them die either. PS: You should talk about how different Martin turned out in the vampire world, due to never having Finn and never suffering the head injury that screwed up his personality
I thought Baby Finn being left behind in the Vampire world would become the new hero there especially with him running in the opening but then he got summoned out of it. I guess that may still be a PB and Marceline plot
With seeing the episodes that come after this, im confident that fin didnt die only because this show has no problem showing a good amount of blood

I’m sure he survived. Apperently the hat every Finn wears, including farm world Finn wears is vampire proof or spa if icky their fangs. If a hat is immune to a vampires fangs than its amine to the scarabs sharp feet.
There’s a theory that farmworld Jake always had stretchy powers but just wasn’t able to use them due to being a normal dog, and only sometimes use it subconsciously like when Cake left a paw print in his forehead.

If that is his death. I don't like it, he went out a little too easily against the Scarab. It would also mean that Finn's son left his dimension and all his siblings behind with absolutely no one.
I think Farmworld Finn is alive because the creators have been very loose with the gore during the episodes and I think they would have made it blatantly obvious should it have been a killing blow, also The Scarab is a rules stickler and just killing an integral part of a universe world might not do well for his job position unless there is a cosmic crime made by that Finn.
To be fair showing a gory bloody death for a fan favorite might rub people the wrong way. Also they didn't show any blood for huntress death.

The fact that it didnt go through his head makes me believe he survived, this show doesn't hold back when it comes to violence so I believe if they wanted him dead they would've showed the spikes going through or at the very least some blood
If you watch the episode closely..they made it a point to distinguish who dies by immediately replacing their eyes with X’s. They didn’t do that for Finn. Also his son didn’t act as if his father had died towards the end of the show.
I think this just proves how much more important it was for Simon to be the wearer of the crown. He eventually falls into this madness but was able to fight it off for a while cuz of Marceline. But Finn instantly lost his mind.
It does suck cuz this Finn and this world just could not catch a break. Also this doesn’t explain what happened to the vampires, the mother gum, and the elementals.
I love the farmworld timeline, Finn the human was one of my favourite episodes growing up. It was so dark and uncanny

Personally I think Farmworld Finn survives. One of the defining characteristics of every Finn is being a hard bastard to kill. He’s got a hard head, and he knows how to take a hit. He might be very hurt, but I doubt that killed him. Not to mention any changes the crown could’ve inflicted on his physiology.
There's a rule, that is usually referred to in Star Wars, where if a character is implied to be fatally wounded, but the body/corpse is not shown, then chances are (which are usually ~90%) the character is still alive in one way or another.
If Farmworld Finn died, then this means that his son went out to another reality with his girlfriend leaving his siblings behind 🥲

Remember farm world finn wasn't the result of a comet, he was just a normal kid in that universe, it makes sense that he wouldn't have any resistances to magic especially considering that he was an immature child. Simon was mature and knowledgeable about magic, it makes sense he'd be able to hold onto sanity for a lot longer than farm world finn
Finn's still a comet. His comet presumably landed LONG before the wish that split the events of Ooo and Farmworld. He's been reincarnating for a very long time and has lived through many past lives since his comet landed.
All his wish did was change a DIFFERENT comet's trajectory, a more recent one. You can even see in a clip from one of the original Farmworld episodes while old lady Marceline's explaining what happened, it shows Earth at some point during the timeframe of her life with a clear cosmic comet missing its trajectory. This proves the wish diverted a more recent comet and definitely not the one that created Finn. He's still a comet-fueled reincarnation machine destined to be a positive force of change in the world, it's just a world without (much) magic.

i really loved him and his flamethrower arm, they didnt have to 360 no scope him in the same episode he was introduced. he had the potential of becoming a main character, too.

Lack of gore plus animal hat being made to resist vampire fangs makes me think he's not dead. This show never shies away from gore, so I'm thinking it not being there on farm world finn's "death" along with what we already know about animal hats leads me to think he's banged up like mad, but not dead
Id like to remind everyone that og finn survived jumping into a volcano full of lava with no magic. This one had the crown at one point and its known to protect its users at all costs. I wouldnt be suprised if farm finn somehow survived either through grit or latent magic of the crown. Might also help push the fact of why he hated magic, because the crowns magic is still somewhat inside of him

If Finn did survive that encounter I’d say the only injury he’s gonna have is a pretty bad concussion. Plus given that is a more mature show with swears and one scene of Marceline actually drinking blood, I don’t think that the attack killed him because we don’t see any blood spill out. It is possible that he died from complications from that blow to the head but it would be afterwards.
Plus Finn is a pretty tough guy, if we scale him to mainstream Finn, we’ve seen that mainstream Finn has survived being crushed by a cyclops the size of a small mountain, and he was able to punch him in the eye right after, even if the punch didn’t kill him immediately he may have died later, plus before that he ran through high speed boiling (possibly acidic, I can’t remember 100%) water infested with electric eels, after being electrocuted he shouldn’t have been able to move.
Either way you slice it Finn is a pretty tough guy, even if he did die from this, it would be to complications from the injuries he sustained after the fight.
So I'd like to point out that we've seen that in pretty much every universe where Finn and Huntress Wizard both exist, they seem to be drawn to each other, which makes me think that the unnamed mother of Finn's children in Farm world is actually that world's version of huntress wizard, which would also explain why one of Finn's children has her same green eyes and brown hair.
If this is any version of Finn, he's living. He's taken hits that should have put most people into an early grave and walked out of it with a few ows and scratches
I think its pretty clear he did survive. Due to the sign of emotion on his face and still obviously feeling the pain, his brain was still intact. Also due to there being no blood (fionna and cake are no stranger to blood) in combination with the knowledge of human's hats being made to defend against vampire bites, I'm sure he lived. Plus, he's way too cool of a character to kill off this early. My guess is they'll keep him around for a while, possibly till the end, then kill him off.

Knowing that this is a semi teen show (with some sprinkles of adult theme) the world building is interesting and fun. I like the deeper dive of the lore at least the combination of ruin tech and magic
I think its early to be say hes dead.
They haven been shy from blood, so I think if it did kill him, we'd see it. Plus the hats are made to protect from those kinds of sharp attacks but who knows with this universe.
There are traits in some of Finn’s children that their mother could have been a Farmworld version of Huntress Wizard, as the kids look a lot like the version of her in the Vampire timeline.
Fionna and Cake has been amazing, so glad we can continue this world(s)
I really hope he isn't dead, solely because he has been screwed over so much in his life that I think he deserves a win here.
The reason I think he's still alive, is because in the episode "Little dude" it was confirmed that his hat is made of bear skin. Now a bear's hide is really tough, even the black bear's hide can resist a bullet. Seeing that his hat is white, it might even come from a polar bear, which is even tougher.

People keep saying he died. Its very unlikely he died. Scarab could be in big trouble if he messes with the flow of the multiverse. Also, All Finns have a lot of hair under their hats. Since there was no blood, Finn's hair most likely cushion the blow.
Fionna and cake has been really good. Ive enjoyed it more then any show in a while

They really ended the series with no closure! I'm sure he survived because of Fionna and Cake's regular use of gore, and the lack of even blood in Farm Finns case. He might pop up in a later series but they ended it pretty abruptly anyway. Finn's oldest just abandons his reality and his siblings, and the Farmworld universe is left at that. They gotta have something planned for it.

Fun fact, farmworld finn is actually the original finn, since when you make a wish to prismo and he creates a new reality you are transported to it and that was the case for him
Why does this feel like the actual post-apocalyptic world instead of the original world 😭
I've seen people suggest that this world's version of 'Jay' is actually Farmworld Finn's baby sibling. It makes the timeline work out a little better. Given that they're 'Jay' though, one of Finn's multiverse children, and all his other kids seem to be nods to them, I don't know how solid that is as a explanation in a cosmic sense.
If Scarab couldn't kill Finn that who's a human with his spikes, then Scarab isn't really that strong.
With the intro scene showing a glimpse of baby finn running, unless it was an exclusive clip for only the intro, it gives me a feeling that near the end they may recap on the effect Fionna and Simon had during their reality jumping. Either a final viewing from Prismo's room, or while being interrogated by The Boss. Either the other Finns survive and appear to help Simon when Fionna's world gets all static-like from something going wrong with his mind, or The Boss sees confirmation that Scarab killed farmworld Finn and gets in bigger trouble for violently changing the intended timeline for that reality.
I like this finn, it reminds me of future trunks and gohan, living in a world thats decimated and just trying to get by
For some odd reason, i think he survived. Cuz so far the show has been pretty open to showing a full death scene. Like with Bmo, Ice Prince, etc. I feel like there would've been more blood. But maybe with the teleportation they just didn't have the time.

This Finn was so awesome man, wish we’d get more of him tbh. This is how I want future Finn to be, not like Ooo fin who’s kinda insane/weird lol. I know this Finn had bad flashbacks to when he was Ice Finn but still. Would be cool if we got a season 2 where he actually survived but got major brain damage and thought he was Ice Finn again and went to go find the crown to get his powers back. 😄
It's scary to think, the lich could have killed everything. Not making a universe where he accomplishes his goal, but in all universes. No one would be alive or strong enough to stop him.

You can't assume he is dead because not only was there no blood drawn, but we don't see a corpse afterward. This show has not been a stranger to showing characters dying in full, such as Martin and BMO, so there is a chance Farmworld Finn is ok.
Him dying seems a little too anticlimactic even for a version of Finn that isn’t the one we know and love. I think that him dying off screen would be doing us too dirty even for Fionna and cake.
I am really glad someone brought up how that was the Finn from that episode and the one we follow from that point on was different
I believe Finn's actions in this world knocked the meter for magic even further down than it already was as absolutely zero of has apparently been heard since from some dialogue in response to cake
In the whole series so far, unlike in adventure time, they did not scare from showing blood and injuries, and it seems they always did it to show that someone is dead or that an injury is serious or something similar. It’s a piercing attack so if it had actually killed him and pierced his head we would have seen blood or the hat rip but it didn’t. While hats to protect against vampires don’t exist in that time, I am very sure it’s supposed to throw one off, I reckon in the finale it will culminate in everyone from the dimensions they visited to show up again, I think that’s the reason why they didn’t show the end of the fight between Marcie and PB in the Vampire dimension. It’s very likely and I think farm world Finn will return

I really hope he survived, I always loved farmworld and thought it was one of the most interesting aspects of the show. I think the mother of Finn’s children was probably the farmworld version of Huntress Wizard since one of Finn’s kids has the same features as the vampire world version of Huntress Wizard but that’s just a theory
If all his kids have the same mother one of them in particular bears a striking resemblance to both of the human versions of Huntress wizard we've seen through the Multiverse

Considering fiona and cake doesn't shy away from showing a bit of blood or violence and there was no blood from his wounds, I'm guessing the hat protected him
It makes sense that he would survive in my opinion, the hat he wears was made to be vampire proof (even though there aren't any vampires in his world) but regardless the hat has been vampire bite proof before so 2 sharp objects wouldnt effect it
I don't know about if he's dead or not tbh. Yeah he got poked, but they didn't show him dying-dying. They showed Martin get his soul sucked out and drained of his blood, HW getting brutally killed by all of her own arrows, and while sure we didn't get to see the conclusion of Bonnie vs Marcy in the Vamp world we can assume that they did just kill each other. Not to mention they showed poor BMO fuckin exploding...I might just be coping because I think Farmworld Finn is a cool guy and I think it's nice that at least one Finn out there gets to settle down and raise a family, although I guess the Huntress Wizard in that universe already died too since the kids mentioned their Mom dying and well, one of the kids looks a ton like a younger Huntress from the Vamp world so...ye.
I don't think Farmworld Finn is dead, sure he got stab in the head but this show clearly shows that it doesn't shy away from showing blood. There's a chance that he might have survived.
The only problem i can see with farm world finn being dead would mean the scarab messed with an approved alternate reality. When he's supposed to be like, stopping the anomalies that are Fiona and cake???
Maybe that's why Orbo called him in he was not keeping low profile at all.

True. However, he wouldn't just leave so fast like that, leaving his family in that messed up world, especially when the conflict would be at an all-time high between Finn and the destiny gang. Now that Big D's own daughter is gone, there is still not a blatant answer to it, along with a few other things. I feel like the only cons to that finale were that there wasn't enough Fionna and Cake/AT. ( I still think this show is a 10 lol)

I like to think that this version of Finn survived from this blow. Because, for exemple, we have seen our boy Finn survived from attacks far more painful like the fight against ''Giant Susan'' or Orgalorg and even the explosion from the bucket containing the Vampire King essence when he was younger. Maybe, this shock on the head will turn him in a way like the twisted Martin Mertens we know but i hope we will have some answers about his state.
