My thoughts exactly. Though I think they tied the song to a chapter rather than a location for good reason, since you need to revisit the castle of illusions several times in the story. Besides making the song limited only increases its value.
I've been playing jrpgs since the 90s and this one really surprised me. Though there's no voice acting, the music fully makes up for it. And the story... I love how they implimented jrpg tropes to create a feeling of familiarity for old gamers like me and used those exact same tropes for the big plot twist. Brilliantly written. Great game.

There absolutely is voice acting
It's great game, hope the will making the "Legend of Zelda" version... "Legend of Zelda farming & exploring" ^_^
@@Malacite Yes, characters saying "ouch" in combat is technically voice acting, but we both know that's not what I was talking about.
