    10:13 It's an special 4-step mod usually used for Aluminium welding, but it work with any wire(press and hold the trigger it starts with increased A+V by 150% (factory settings), let go it welds by set current, when finishing weld hold and press it will decrease A+V and, let go the trigger it ends welding). Anyway that test weld looked like ring!

    Very excellent welding again, you are very talented young man, I see you going places with such quality work even demonstrating on new equipment. I would love to have that Transteel 5000 pulse but I am not doing pipe, just small scale fab work for which my Transteel 2200 works well on.

    great Fronius, I work with Kemppi X8 also tubes, I have a remote control that works on bluetooth technology and I don't have to constantly go to the machine when I change the welding process. Nothing special because the welding machine is always behind me :) cool fish

    Does anyone have a fronius cu600 cooler? I'm building my own cooler for a magicwave 230i and I've already figured out how to turn on the pump and fan but I need a few pictures of the cooler harness to figure out how the flow and temperature sensor and coolant level are connected. Can anyone help me because there are no pictures or diagrams on the internet?

    What are your thoughts on that transteel vs tps one. I'm looking to buy transteel 4000 pulse. Is it worth the money. Do you use it often?

    • @ARCONEWELDING
      @ARCONEWELDING  3 года назад

      Fronius is worth its weight in gold! The tps is the top dog at alot but the transteel pulse is only a top dog at mig only

      @@ARCONEWELDING thanks man. If you had to chose between transsteel 4000 pulse and Lorch s5-400A with speedpulse and uphill root program, what would you chose? I'm still a student on the uni and i really need one for my bussines, but can't decide man. This is some serious money and don't want to chose wrong one.

    What type of gas are you using 90/10 or something else on the spray transfer? Thats a smooth bead. The 4T is really useful, I use it on alum boat. WELD ON Cavin.

    • @ARCONEWELDING
      @ARCONEWELDING  4 года назад

      i use M21 gas mix and it welds on pulse not spray transfer so its smooth as silk

    Is the top unit on the welder a water cooler?

    • @ARCONEWELDING
      @ARCONEWELDING  4 года назад

      from the bottom to top its
      wire feed
      welding machine
      water cooling unit

    • @staryidedah
      @staryidedah 3 года назад

      No! The torch is simply connected there, because on this "head" there is a spool of welding wire, a feeder, a feeder adjuster. And the cooling hoses are laid through this "head". They are at the back enclosed in a common hose casing with a gas hose. And the cooling tubes are connected to the cooling station, which is located at the very bottom of the welding machine. There is a tank with a liquid and a pump.

    Really like your content and the relaxed style in which you put it out.
    Keep on with that, one thing, you could do with looking at your loudness variance (loudness and volume are 2 different things, have a quick google) as some of your audio stings are like a 80 > 120 amp jump!
    My misses nearly caught me watching welding porn the other night!
    BTW that looked like a SAW job!!!

    So cleverly telling everything, explaining ... But why, when they began to cook - on the burner, on the tip they did not put a nozzle on ??? There is also a special flow of gas with swirls! You're spoiling a new expensive burner! It costs a lot of money! Oh my God!
