Oh thank you, so very much. My phone pocket presses all the time and months ago it set itself to some Arabic language that I had NO clue what it even was let alone how to read it! I couldn't find a way to reset the language within the browser and couldn't find a way to reinstall. I am not very savvy with phones, I know PC's and Windows, but Android and Apple OS I am basically illiterate with. You just saved me so much annoyance at not being able to read any of my settings.

My chrome suddenly turned from 300 mb to 2.60 GB recently. My browsing data and stored data isn't even taking 50 mb. The cache is also 10 mb. What should i do? I am using in android!

If your Chrome browser on Android has suddenly increased in size from 300 MB to 2.60 GB despite having a small amount of browsing data and cache, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:
      Clear Chrome's App Cache:
Go to your Android device's "Settings."
Scroll down and tap on "Apps" or "Application Manager."
      Find and tap on "Chrome."
      Tap on "Storage."
Select "Clear Cache." This will remove temporary files that may be taking up space.
      Clear Browsing Data:
      Open the Chrome app.
Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
Tap "History" or "Privacy and Security."
      Tap "Clear browsing data."
Select the types of data you want to clear (e.g., browsing history, cookies, cached images, files, etc.).
      Tap "Clear data."
      Disable or Remove Unnecessary Extensions:
If you have any Chrome extensions installed, they might be using additional storage. Consider disabling or removing extensions that you don't need.
      Check for Large Downloads:
Check if you have downloaded large files through Chrome recently. Large downloads can take up a significant amount of storage.
      Update Chrome:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Chrome app. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can help manage storage more efficiently.
      Uninstall and Reinstall Chrome:
As a last resort, if the issue persists, you can try uninstalling Chrome and then reinstalling it from the Google Play Store. This will reset the app to its default state and should resolve any storage-related issues.
      Consider Alternative Browsers:
If the problem continues and you're unable to resolve it, you might want to consider using an alternative browser for a while until the issue with Chrome is resolved.
Remember that clearing cache and data will also sign you out of any websites you are logged into. After performing these steps, you may need to log back into your accounts on websites. If the problem still persists after trying these steps, it could be related to a bug in the Chrome app, and you may need to wait for an update from Google to address the issue.
