Just bought the TCL C735 75" today, it will be replacing the more expensive Sony X950G 65". Needed a 144hz panel for RTX4090 and 5800X3D, and I use the screen also for work (splitting the screen to four smaller windows). Image quality wise I'm expecting a different beast with slightly less haloing, but overall quite similar motion and upscaling. For 55 inch I would choose the Mini LED as it's bright and offers a lot of features. It also depends on your budget. If you wish to scale down the cost the QLED from TCL offers great picture and colours as well but not as bright. Plus all the same features (120hx etc) for new generation gaming.
Can you please test these tcl tv,s tv on gaming pc which you have reviewed
Hi, Could you please advise which one is better TCL C735 or TCL C825, for gaming and movies. Thanks 🙂
Hi there we have videos for the 735 and 835. I do like the mini led display as it's brighter. Both offer excellent options for gaming and movies but for a bit extra go the Mini LED.
@@TeamRetro Thanks for replying 🙂, Would TCL P635 be a good option? its half of the price of C735
@@ArshdeepSinghPEOPLEBANK-AUSTRA Haven't tested it i'm sorry. I guess at that price it's because it's only 60Hz. What I can say is that the TCL displays i've checked out have been consistently good
@@TeamRetro Thanks 🙂
@@TeamRetro which games can you play that is more than 60hz on ps5? I don't know any
Is it edge-lit or it has full array local dimming please ?
FALD, depending on size is the number of dimming zones you have.
Hi should i get c735 or c635 its $150 difference in my country. ill use it for mainly gaming
I haven't used the 635. I can confirm the C735 hasn't missed a beat and is great for gaming.
Plz make one video how to set wallpaper on screen & aslo about setting thanks❤❤❤❤
The wallpaper starts when there has been no selection or movement on the screen for a while.
Just ordered mine , waiting for the delivery
Awesome enjoy
do you recommend buying it ?
What is the difference between C635 to C735?
On paper the C735 has these extra specs: 144Hz VRR the C635 is 120
The C735 also has Quantum Dot HDR10+ Dolby Vision IQ / Dolby Atmos
I haven't reviewed the C635 to compare the step up to the 735 but I can say I use the C735 a lot and think it's a good model for gaming and movies.
@@TeamRetro I read that C635 is 60 HZ panel not 120 HZ like c735. Also C735 has better CPU, GPU, MEMORY
@@BoazSharabi TCL website says the C365 (120Hz DLG) is 120 here www.tcl.com/sa/en/tvs/c635 As I said though, we haven't tested it to comment - I can only provide info on the 735 which is a great display.
@@TeamRetro Yes they say C635 as 120 HZ DLG but the real refresh rate is 60 HZ. At C735 is real 120 HZ.
What's the difference between this series and mini led
Both reviews are up on the channel. The mini LED is much brighter in comparison. I loved both but if you're able to stretch the budget a little more go the Mini LED
Whats the name of the table the tv is on
Hi there, this is really old now. It was from a store called Fantastic Furniture
Acid colours 😵💫 not? 🤔
Is it worth paying £300 more for this over the 635k? Also, is Google tv better than android tv?
I haven't had a look at the 635K. I can confirm that this TV months later is still excellent quality. Google TV is the new iteration of Android TV so to speak. Thanks for watching
@@TeamRetro so if I got a TV with android tv, is there a risk it would stop getting supported with updates when Google TV takes over
@@DazzleDaveLFC No I don't think so I have a really old Sony that is still supported. I doubt they will ever remove it :)
have this same kind of tv + ps5. the problem is when i turned on vrr and allm. every time i open or close the game No signal appearing on the screen for about 1-3seconds
Merhaba abla. Ben Türkiye den 31500 TL ödeyerek TCL 75c735 aldım. Samsung 75q80b düşünmüştüm. Arada 10000 TL fark var. Sizce tercihim doğru mu yanlış mı? Netflix Disney plus ve normal TV görüntüleri nasıl? Samsung'un eksikliğini hisseder miyim?
I'm unsure on comparing to Samsung as I haven't tested it. The apps are the same though so you can watch all your favourite shows on Netflix / Disney etc. Picture is great.
Mutlu musun birader televizyondan?
Of course samsung is better
Nice TV. This one TCL C735 QLED 50inch not have 120hz so shame :(
is QLED worth it than ULED $200 difference
WTF IS ULED
Bonjour comment fait ton pour allumer le mode jeu en même temps que la console sans passer par les menus de la télé ?
it will automatically detect but if you want to make extra changes you can do so through the menu
Does it put strain on children eyes on close watch???
I've had no strain and we sit around 2.2 metres from the display
is this better than SONY X85K?
I haven't had the chance to test that model yet
using the 65 inch c635. dont see too much of a difference except for the 120hz refresh rate
It doesnt have 120hz 🙄😂
"don't see much of a difference besides a fucking gigantic difference that easily justifies a few hundred dollars extra" lol
Hi, I have got this TV and It seems great, but I have only a question...How can I turn off the 4 Yellow led under TCL's logo? Someone know how do that?
To be honest I haven't even realised it has lights on the front. I'll check for you.
@@TeamRetro the led turn on After setting the Google TV. If you notice Google assistant has 4 points, as the 4 LEDs and if you start TV as Base TV they there aren't.
Boss anu po size nung ultra boost triple black

I have this tv but I don’t understand why I have this hazzy effect- kind of like old film.
Can anyone help?
This is the one I have in my bedroom and haven't had any issues. Perhaps reset it?
Hello how to turn on OK GOOGLE detection on this model?
I haven't had the need to. Perhaps it's on the TCL website?
Hi I have tcl 55c835k can not seem to get 120hz with ps5 pls help
doesnt support vesa mount?
After checking the website (under specifications) it states no. www.tcl.com/asia/en/tvs/c735
@@TeamRetro thanks! awesome review!
Come si abilità il vrr?
All TV having backlight montion not much longer use will damage very fast,All TV much skip not using backlight.👎👎👎👎👎
Why does mine only have 1 hdmi to plug into
It definitely has more than 1
Hw is display quality as compared to LG , Sony and Samsung
This is an outstanding display compared to an older LG I have that is from 2020. I only have older Sony's at the moment which don't offer 120 frames so it's not comparable.
If you're in the market for a display that won't break the budget and offers bright colours I would highly recommended the TCL range. Two reviews are up on the channel please check out the Mini LED one as well.
Can you make a comparison of
TCL C735 vs TCL C835
I don't have both to do a side by side.
What I can say is the Mini LED is much brighter and provides a better picture. Both are so good though you wouldn't be disappointed with either choice
🤙🤙🤙🔥🔥🔥
Bought out TCL C735 65" in November 2022 I wish I hadn't, I thought upgrading from an ALDI which we found very good that had finally died. First it took me over an hour to set up which wasn't a good start. I find the Google control not very user friendly after 10 months and made for tech savvy people. I have never had so much trouble setting up a TV. I find the screen no good with reflection daylight and particularly at night with a back ground light reflects on the screen. Very disappointed.
I have a 55” model. Buy a Hisense 55" Mini-LED ULED U8HAU 4K QLED Smart TV [2022] Has a better peak brightness, wish I got one instead. It’s cheaper
Is brightness the only issue? Where I live, we do not have Hisense brand, are there any issues you're facing with this tv? I'm planning to buy one, mainly for gaming on PC.
@@CaptainMetallica80s srry. Only just got the notification. Get the TCL 55" C835 4K Full Array Mini LED QLED Google TV [2022] Apparently it has 1000 nits peak brightness. Which is 700 more than the 735 and for only $200 Australian dollars more.
Has Better brightness (which is better for HDR )and better speakers so worth the upgrade. Other than that. Absolutely no complaints. Watch this guys vid about setting up the colours/brightness.
i get 65inch today with discount it cost me 747usd

Is 7.7 input lag is good?
I mean, am I going to feel late?
Not at all!
Ive heard that the menus are lagging are very slow is this fixed?
Reviewed both C735 & 835 no issues with lag at all. Thanks for watching

Got one, it's ok but brightness just like any other non qled LED, it's no brighter than an entry level samsung tu7100 i have.
The features for gaming and PC are going to be great though
Thanks for watching. I haven't used a Samsung TV for 5 years so I can't comment on that. I can however, say that the panel is great for the price. In comparison to the Mini LED TCL have this isn't as bright but it works insanely well especially for gaming.
OK then I will not get it, my minimum will be a Samsung microled bcklight
Really bad review. No mention of the reason why people are interested in this TV. Namely 2.1 hdmi, 144hz refresh rate and 4k @120
Points are mentioned in this video.
60 hz
