Wish this would be easier to translate for resolve. Really like the editing style in how you make the subtitles cool without being overwhelmingly in your face
there is a tracker node that is almost the exact same as the "motion tracking" tutorial section in this video. Its in the fusion tab and it's called "tracker." there's some really great tutorials on it when you search "how to track in resolve"
Yo! I just stumbled upon this video and it's honestly helped me out a lot. I've become a big fan ever since I watched one of your Tactical Assault VR videos and I became so fascinated with how you edited, more specifically subtitles. I've gotten better over the years, manually keyframing, tracking text to objects and such, but not even close to your level. The whole slide-in, yawed text subtitle I see in your videos sometimes is something that's so simple, but something I never even thought about and is so effective and appealing to the eye. Even though I use a different editing software, this is largely helpful even if just to know it's not as nerve-wracking and hard as I thought it would be to do this sort of stuff. Now I've just gotta try and put my own spin on it and not copy you completely lol. Anyways, thanks again man! Keep up the awesome work, I look forward to every video!
i’d recommend doing that in premiere. scrub through the timeline and place text where it lines up with the waves in the audio; use scroll wheel for fine scrubbing + make sure audio preview while scrubbing is turned on (you can find that in the audio preferences, or you can use Shift + S to toggle it on or off). use the razor tool (C or Ctrl+K - V to reassign cursor) to make cuts in the graphics. when you’re done, select your graphics and nest them together before bringing them into AE; this will bring all the text in as one precomped layer instead of many individual layers
I don't make videos or edit at all, but ur content is too damn good to not watch. Keep up the good work man!

honestly all of these are able to be replicated if you just search the section of the tutorial then "in resolve"
@@BigManVROfficial Yeah. But Resolve VFX are fundamentally different due to node based editing (which I vastly prefer)
why did I watch this all the way through lol
This is the most best way to edit.. its actually impressive, good job man!

amazing video!! how do you align the text with the audio of what ppl are saying?
