I also have same doubt few others are having. Since the hypothesis is fever-yes and fever-no, then we should calculate the probability of fever or no fever, given the evidence i.e. covid and flu. It makes no sense to me to calculate conditional probability for no evidence i.e. no covid or no flu. There may be gap in my understanding though.

In a nutshell, we only need to calculate the conditioal probabilities of the different output classes based on same hypothesis. Then compare those and... higher one wins

the small values are because denominator was not calculated, we were just comparing numerators.
