best regards if input of optocoupler is zero, that means there are no voltage in secondary side, you have to check switching of the IC, is it switching? VCC voltage of supply are good or not?
@@HaseebElectronics I checked the voltage on the primary side and there is 230V AC and after the bridged rectifier there is 330V DC (constant ) and the FET seems to be switching and I get 330 V DC at the primary side of the chopper transformer but zero on the secondary side of the transformer. The optocoupler is driven by TL431.

Dear sir my hand drill charger dead, i checked bord feedback ckt 2 componets burned (optocupler or 104 k 630 v capacito). there is 20100ct mosfet.. how to check this how to solve..
