What really helped me to stay focused is Focusmate. I tend to be easily distracted, but having another person working alongside me is completely eliminating distraction. I am laser focused as long there is another person visibly working on their own stuff.
Akiflow good. Amplenote better. why? Love how you subtly showed the akiflow application while explaining task management. Akiflow looks great with cool design and features. But I am afraid that's not the whole thing. Like how get we random thoughts throughout the day, they need capturing (joy down). Then while we are at it they need processing i.e elaborate on the 'note' or store them for future use. Then make 'tasks' from the notes as required. And finally having the notes side by side to drag into the calendar. This jot>note>task>calendar is the base of AmpleNote. Called Idea execution funnel. I just loveeee❤ this complete process of AmpleNote. Please try it and share your review on a future video. While I see that Amplenote is not as cool designed as Akiflow, it is better in functioning and have good enough design. Please try it and share your review on a future video.
Well, you can create a habit tracker using different approaches -- paper planner, using an app or maybe building your own in Notion, Obsidian/Capacities/Todoist/Etc If you want to use a paper planner i think the bullet journal method it's a nice way to go Now if you want to build you own digita habit tracker and it's important to you that the tracker is integrated into a larger system, I would recommend better creating/simon's video on how to create one in Notion :D
AmandaRachLee and JashiiCorrin are both ppl who show many different kinds of habit trackers, you should be able to find something that works with them…
1. Brainstorm and capture 2. Organise 3. Allocate time 4. Tips for maintaining an effective to-do list -----4a. Daily Review -----4b. Limit tasks -----4c. Frame tasks positively to boost motivation -----4d. Celebrate your successes.
@@msivaprakash That explains it. It's the change from verb to noun that makes it confusing. If No. 4 had been titled 'Maintain your list', it would fit better with the other 3 titles.

Tick tick has a habit tracker function. Clever fox sell a paper one which is good. Or you can add one to your regular planner or journal.

The book dot journaling has lovely ideas
