Hello Mariana , I was in horrible procrastination since a month and half of my studies and none of the techniques is helping me out to come out of it. Reason : Breakup with long time girl friend. It's was becoming so difficult to concentrate on studies when mind is disturbed . Had no idea how to come out of it . Your this video gave me a strong will to come out of procrastination 🙏. RE: I Don't Know What To Do - I use the Getting Things Done process to uncover the projects next actions, usually there's at least one and finishing that will take me to the next. Often these are tiny and can be done in less than one Pomodoro :D RE: Fear - I always ask myself what's the worst that can happen if I do one task today. Often it's no more than the opportunity cost of my time. I enjoyed this video and will refer back to it again.

Although ur video was very good I found at times I got bogged down with the somewhat technical terminology u were using. U weren’t explaining things in a way that I guess dummies like myself really could relate to or completely follow along with. I got the general point of much of this, but still felt it was going over my head in other areas. Thk u for trying to help I just wish it was more spoken in common terminology than technical 😞
