I was lucky enough to have a couple of jams with Chris at High School and College. Awesome musician and thoroughly nice guy. So happy he has made something of his talent
Oh man, this interview is just pure gold for me! I absolutely adore Chris, he is a great bass player and really nice guy. But one question from a bass player, who is not a native English speaker: what means "dep" in of your questions?
Interesting interview ^^ In terms of playing/production, I'm mostly familiar with metal, where it's mostly all about distortion when it comes to bass effects. But I love Submotion Orchestra's bass sounds, so it's interesting to hear about how he produces that.
I find it so interesting chatting to Fatty about sounds. He's really on it feel-wise too. His Reggae playing is super tasty too. Thanks for commenting.

He really is a genuinely lovely guy!

Hey Jan! Thanks so much for the comment. 'Dep' refers to 'deputising' or being a stand-in for a regular musician.
