Really wish I could of seen you guys :( 💔 But to answer your question about the Indiana Jones ball, when the attraction jeeps back up ( for slow entering or exiting guest usually) the Jeep you were in wasn’t able to make to the next zone since there was a Jeep already there so it causes the animation ( the big ball) to not work :) hope that makes sense I work in attractions and have a few fellow cast members who use to work at Indiana Jones!

Next time you go to Disney do single rider for radiator springs. My friend and I went on that ride twice in a day and we were in the same car both times.
I had a similar experience with the sequin ears I got from Disney World!! Not as severe as you, but they're SO. TIGHT. I could only wear them for a little bit at a time and had to take breaks so I wouldn't get a headache. It's crazy how tight they are!! They're probably just designed for kids' tiny heads or something 😂😂
My first 6 months working at Walt Disney World in FL the glass ball in Haunted Mansion didn’t go up. Sometimes they have weird construction stuff going on behind the scenes and can’t let stuff like that keep working for a while so they just run the rides without it.
They didn’t change the Indiana Jones ride, it just glitches sometimes. 😩 Glitches at least once whenever I go. But it’s one of my favorites! You guys looked like you had too much fun! 😁❤️

If you bend the bottoms of the headband on the ears outwards they won’t hurt your head as bad! I do that with all of mine.

I love Disneyland but the wait time for most of the rides can be ridiculous.... Walking around Disneyland is the best.. The atmosphere is incredible.

it took me like 2 days to find ears that didnt squeeze my head off!!
some ears are smaller than others, like some of the designs come in a kid's size so that could have contributed to what made your head hurt
