I suggest creating a support case aws.amazon.com/support/ and choosing Account and billing support --> Account Activation, describe the issue and choose the contact methods. I am sure you'll be able to resolve the issue. Kindly share the solution here too for the rest of us who are having similar issues. Thanks in advance.
