I loved this breakdown of the deck and it did give me ideas with our build of my version of it especially since I have some doubles of certain cards and I do want to add Silent Magician and Swordsman in there
I LOVE DSOD Yugi and his deck... though I'm surprised you didn't put Palladium Oracle Mahad. I mean yea, it was Atem who used it but in all sense, it did came out from Yugi's deck so it's technically his card. Still, this deck profile is amazing either way! Also Silent Magician would work with this deck with all the Spellcasters. Also Dig of Destiny, at least 2 copies, would help with your draws. Magical Contract Door combo with the Anime card Hand Control is GOOD. Keep that in mind Legendary Duels, I tried it and if you have those cards along with another good Spell like Card of Sanctity, it's perfect. Sad story, I tried to get the Magician Girls and Gandora X from Amazon but they lost my package and I couldn't buy them again. It was REALLY sad since I live outside the US so those cards are expensive. The Dimension Guardian-Sphinx-Mirage combo only worked against Aigami because it was a Dimension Duel. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
Yes his deck is amazing!! I didn't add Mahad because I'm saving it for you Atem and it really belongs to Atem since he created the card with his powers. I only added the cards that were used in the movie to showcase them. But Silent Magician is great in the deck of course. I'll keep that combo in mind! Dang that's such a shame... I feel your pain.

Yugi used only Lemon and Apple magician girls beside Dark Magician Girl ofc. However i see alot of videos they added the rest of the Magician girls like Chocolate Magician girl and the others. So are the rest Magician girls in his deck but he didnt play them ?
This makes me think kaiba had more blue+eyes cards like blue-eyes jet dragon, solid dragon, abyss dragon, dragon spirit of white, but he just didnt use them
I think that the deck Yugi used in the movie wasn't his usual deck. I think that he modified his deck before the tournament with Kaiba in order to counter him. Every single card in that deck was specifically made to counter aggressives/beatdown playstyles, and Kaiba is well known for being aggressive and the use of big Atk monsters.

In fact, it would be cool if yugi had two decks: one based on spellcasters/warriors monsters like Silent Magician/Swordsman and one based on gadget/Magnet warriors. then he switch between these two depending on what he needs at the moment and can also merge them togheter in specific chases like the duel with kaiba. PS: i also tryed to make a deck list myself and it's super consistent.
Nice. Yugi actually did Fusion Summon in the movie during his duel against Kaiba. He summoned using Gaia and Curse of Dragon Fire via Fire's effect. P.S. Nevermind I just got done looking it up, he didn't fusion summon

Yugi has also has Chaos Versions of his Magicians so I added those to my Dark Side deck & I added the Electromagnetic Warriors cause it felt like they belonged lol 😭 overall it felt like they just upgraded Yugi’s deck and made it for adults 😂 the deck plays soooooooo smooth it’s sick 😌
Actually yugi has all of the silent swordsman remember yugi’s use warrior devotion he used silent swords man LV5 to lowed the doom volt attack points. You can put silent magician in the deck
Pretty sure you can’t summon Metalhold with all 5 gadgets as it has to be summoned from the spell/trap zone so you need 1 free monster zone + at most 4 free spell/trap zones to equip gadgets to it.

Why don't you replace the regular Celtic Guardian with Obnoxious Celtic Guard? It seems like Yugi would use that over the basic one. Great vid BTW :)
