Is the hi-hat accent on the 1, & of 2, 4, etc. or is the kick? It's always sounded like the kick is on the downbeats with the hi-hat staggered by a 16th but now I'm not so sure

Hey nate, great job! just have a question relating to that Chris dave-esque groove perrin plays near the end of the tune. is it displacement using the snare as an anchor point for the other instruments or is it all down to feeling the groove behind the beat, ahead of the beat etc?

Are you using a metronome in Logic (¿or garageband?)?? And what is the tempo please? I'm struggling to find it, is not that easy...
