Hey there Bobby, in the summer time when it gets light at like 4.00am, I find it much easier to get out of bed. Currently in mid winter it is horrible getting out of bed anytime before 8.00am haha. Yes I do hope there is still some cool stuff to be found here, I'll be dropping in some winter sessions here and hope to achieve a tiny bit more depth with the damp earth. Have a good Christmas pal

Hi mate , i wish the weather was like that now 4 pm and going dark already ! , not bad finds either some decent coins and some interesting ones to strange circular thingy with the patent mark, and they are small cuff links they would have had a small delicate chain joining them together probably Victorian or early 1900s , nice video pal crack on best wishes and ATB Rob .

A posh lady with a posh voice approached me and asked if I would detect her land. Well I had to say yes and we swapped telephone numbers and she gave me her postcode happy days.

Hi there, great question, but no I do not use this app for a couple of reasons. First of all, my phone sits in flight mode when detecting so that it does not interfere with my detector and recording equipment (mainly my microphone). Also, I prioritise my phone battery for recording/capturing my days metal detecting. Also, it would be time consuming constantly adding everything to the app. I like the idea of it, but ultimately it is a waste of time in my opinion

Great finds, mate. I found an 1878 penny years ago. A few years ago, I gave it to an Australian couple I met in my local pub. Its now in Perth.
