House bought back in style, reminds me of the late 80s early 90s as a child, this remixer is so under rated, it should be illegal ❤️❤️
Theres another reason why this track means a lot to me. Not only was it released during the megadrive gaming era but it happened to be a tune our kru used to play during our Kickboxing sessions either when we skipped or shadow boxed following him.
The fact that you created this tune with the megadrive chip has a dual meaning to me. It touches on 2 important aspects of my life.

One question: is this a soundfont??????? If it isn't, you are amazing with this chip. The FM is so clear I'm amazed as someone who works with the YM2612 myself. I'm just wondering how it would sound with PSG lol. Either way, great work on this!
Edit: I just noticed the release date. I am blown away. Amazing!
I mostly used the Ultimate Megadrive Soundfont and a bit of VOPM. I usually bring the high shelf on the EQ up if I feel it could benefit from more clarity.

Nah this wasn't really made with 2612 limitations in mind, more just the sound overall. That said, you would be able to play it in SOR2 via the Mega SD flash cart.
Are those Sonic 3 drums I'm hearing in there?
I used the Sonic 3&K snare, but the actual kick is the power kick which is part of the Ultimate Megadrive Soundfont. Very effective for some of the rougher and deeper 16 bit House I've made. I eventually reused this particular sound for "Miami Moon" from my Streets Of Wrath album.
