    Tried this method with the no.19 coffee today it interesting how different it tasted to my v60 brew of the same coffee :)

    Sorry, but what kind of calendar is that? Do you want to set your grinder to a new coffee bean every day? And if you're good, the amount that's in there is really only enough for setting it up, without getting a great shot out of it. The idea would actually be great.

    Hi Matteo, do we need to do the blooming process prior to pouring the water to 200 ml?

      No you don't need that. When you brew immersion and also agitating like I do, coffee get saturated well and gas can escape very easily

      Hi! I actually love it. It gives more leverage and makes it easier to grind even when you grind finer
