Welcome to Day 15 of the Coffee Advent Calendar! 🎄☕ Today, I’m brewing a washed processed coffee from Peru using the AeroPress with an inverted and bypass brewing method. In this POV video, I demonstrate how this approach creates a clean, balanced cup by controlling strength and flavor. Join me as I explore innovative techniques and continue this exciting journey of brewing 24 unique coffees in 24 different ways!
Great content Matteo! I learn so much from watching and listening. Looking forward to Monday's "surprise". 👍
I just tried this with a natural Ethiopian. The results were good 😀 My only critique would be that, compared to other Aeropress recipes, you use a substantial amount of beans for ~150ml of brewed coffee. However, I have a chocolate cake recipe that uses olive oil instead of butter. The recipe calls for additional liquid for the batter. I usually use Guinness, but this method would be perfect to make a coffee concentrate to use instead. Caffeinated cake😁😁😁
looking forward to see the melodrip with orea :)
Thanks for rhe great video series
and to know more about water (how to determine ppm, mineral contents, etc.)
If you wanted to double the coffee and water to make 2 cups would you change the grind or time?
