They hinted about it multiple times since 2019. Me & few other people who have been watching this vlog since 2016/17 have actually predicted they would move to Florida permanently & turn there current house in to a holiday/vacation house.
I mean this was obvious they bought a house in Florida, two kids go to college in Florida, and they have been renting out their house at times so! Super excited and proud that you guys have been able to accomplish this! I also wonder the way the vlogs have been goin how much longer you will be on youtube?! I can definitely feel tht life as The Donnelly’s is changing
Am I the only one that’s a lil’ sad that they’re moving? I’m so use to everyone lounging in the living room. Jill cooking in kitchen! Mike on his laptop in the dinning room! Ok, ok, I get it…the whole family will be closer together and new adventures an stuff. Really, it’s the best thing you guys can do…but man! Yea, I know, your gonna hold on to the house but…Geez! I’m going through some feeling over here! 😳 (😝).
Would love for you guys to make a video all about Ryan on this. Sure he has his family in florida but he is leaving all of his high school friends behind and that can really take a toll on a boy. Especially when he’s known them for so long (saw a picture of Charlie and Ryan as babies on his instagram) how does Ryan feel about this move? Or about starting high school in a whole different state? Will Ryan get his own room? Katie has her own room in your house in florida but that’s rather unfair that she won’t spend as much time in it and gets to decorate it! Whereas Ryan can’t do that since he shares. It would be better that he gets his own room so his house in florida can feel like a home. Hope he adjusts well.
Katie’s a girl, and it would be weird for her to share a room with Brennan when they both come home. Ryan will have the boys’ room to himself most of the time, so I don’t see what the big deal is. Brennan’s the one that will never have a room to himself until he moves out of the dorms.

He is totally the go with the flow guy but as someone who has also moved across the country mid-middle school, i feel for him. It's tough! I just wish they would take him and his feelings more into consideration. Also it's not like these people are dirt poor, they can definitely move to accommodate ryan.

Im not gonna lie it doesn’t seem like Ryan’s to happy about moving. I don’t blame him. Moving in high school sucks, but he’s a great guy and I’m sure he’ll be able to make new friends easily.
Jill, you might consider posting another video where this decision is explained in more detail. There are enough comments suggesting a lot of viewers don't understand it. On balance, if I were in your situation with a teenaged son entering his junior year with friends he's known literally all his life, I would delay this relocation until after he graduates unless there was a compelling reason to do it now. For me anyway, this video did not provide that rationale. Ryan will now be the "outsider" in his new school and I honestly feel sorry for him.
Something that my dad always says about having friends is “people come into your life for a reason, season or lifetime” I have always carried this saying with me I love it !

They are originally from FL, all kids will be in college there, set of grandparents are there, they have a vacation home there, they are boaters....and they love Disney. The move makes sense. I lived there for a short time. Beautiful State despite some of the obvious shortcomings.

Even Stevie Wonder seen this coming . Just can't believe Ryan's OK with leaving all his friends and changing schools with only two years before graduation. I know he has a out going personality but it is High School and some of these kids can be Jerks also concerned about the cats and letting them outside and getting lost in the new surroundings. Another milestone for the Donelly’s and another day in which to excel! I have been watching since the gym school and coral girl days. There’s a song that goes along with the friendship saying. I remember learning it when I was a Girl Scout.
That is a song we would sing when I was a brownie back when I was a kid and loved that song. I knew that was going to be the news when u and Katie talked about something u needed to let every one know.
Aww this reminds me of the LeBlanc's. I wonder if they still talk to eachother? But they did the same thing. Had a house in LA and in MD and started to visit LA like every other week and eventually moved to LA full time. Sometimes it's time for a change and although it sucks for Ryan I'm sure he will adapt quickly especially with the golf course as his backyard and he's a nice kid so he will make new friends in no time. not saying he won't make great friends or fit right in bc he's a great kid and i'm sure could join a school golf team and do so well but nothing beats hometown friends. it's easier for katie and brennan bc all their friends are already in separate colleges..ryan hasn't reached a point yet where he's suppose to have to say bye
I am not even going to comment my true thoughts. All I’m going to say is college admission scandal. If Ryan goes to same college as Katie and Brennan…….. I hope Ryan has complete say to where he goes to college.

Even Stevie Wonder seen this coming . Just can't believe Ryan's OK with leaving all his friends and changing schools with only two years before graduation. I know he has a out going personality but it is High School and some of these kids can be Jerks also concerned about the cats and letting them outside and getting lost in the new surroundings. Aww this reminds me of the LeBlanc's. I wonder if they still talk to eachother? But they did the same thing. Had a house in LA and in MD and started to visit LA like every other week and eventually moved to LA full time. Sometimes it's time for a change and although it sucks for Ryan I'm sure he will adapt quickly especially with the golf course as his backyard and he's a nice kid so he will make new friends in no time. I wish you all the best of luck with this new journey
