I don’t understand why if the police officers were so concerned about a supposed axe man, why did they casually leave the scene without a further continued search having confirmed you weren’t the axe man? The axe man might still have been lurking around but instead they saunter off for a tea break. I suspect there never was an axe man, they knew who you were and they had a score to settle. 4:44 So PC 3222 takes everything out of your rucksack to look for an axe. An axe that was obvious enough for a member of the public to see. Even a small axe is something that can be easily seen with a quick examination of the rucksack. He's either following his training script and not engaging his brain cell or he's got ulterior motives to literally empty your rucksack item by item.
@@DMC888 I am going to agree and I shall raise you its standard practice to look for anything that they can ACTUALLY arrest you for. An illegal search looking for an "axe" would suddenly look legitimate when they pull an eighth of green from your pocket.
So there's a man about with an axe near a school, yet after they were happy you were innocent, 3 of them stood around while the other copper uncuffed you in slow time. The other three could have gotten on with urgently hunting for the axeman. That is if he ever existed, which is highly doubtful by the way they casually strolled off towards their vehicle at the end, without looking around staying aware of their surroundings.
Do the police realise just how much interaction’s like this will provide ammunition for a negative response from the public.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

How come they are back at the station when a man with an axe is on the loose? Something very fishy here. I suspect they just wanted to identify you for some reason. Great video mate.
Exactly mate total stitch up, the stop and search says a report was given to the police, but it doesn't say by phone or what 🤔
So while a fella roams around with an axe. These police officers smile and blurt out bs…
No axes to grind Reggie 🤷♂️ How big or small was this axe supposed to be 🤦♂️ They were certainly in no rush to continue the search for the alleged axe carrier, they all slowly strolled off.
‘We’re looking for an AXE, so we’re going to start looking in you smallest pockets’.
Jokers, when will the Police understand its interactions like this, that breeds the contempt the pubic have towards them?
They didn’t look to bothered to chase anyone else down as the sloped away…
That's not an Axe in my pocket Officer, I just have a big chopper.
I had a similar experience in Chorley not far from Astley Park when walking home from work around 15 years ago and although not handcuffed the experience left me with a bitter taste due to the way I was treated.
My money is on the guy with the dog.
As they walked off, they didn't seem to be in any hurry to find the axeman. Hmmm!
Asked for Reggie's name 5 times in an illegal search which was endorsed by the inspector, and clearly used a made-up man with an axe as a reason for the search. Then Reggie's name was asked for a 6th time at the station, however at least the desk sergeant didn't insist you need to give it.
@daniel.yeah why ask 6 times for a name for? the whole thing looks fishy to me....Reggie would be a fool not to follow this one up !
It also looked like the inspector covertly took a picture of his flyer ID on the drone.
Strange how when they searched you they just left the park!? Why didn't they go into the park and look for another guy 'matching that description'? I've been to this park hundreds of times, i used to go with my daughter and dad regularly. Keep up the good work Reggie 🙂
I got burgled and could not not even get a pc to come and investigate they said a shortage of staff your for cops that probably cost the tax payer's over 1k to arrest you for walking through a park ,we have far to many police with nothing to do getting paid over 1k a week and a million pound pension when they retire free dental treatment free health insurance. Brilliant video Reggie .
I hope you sue everyone of these filth. They are all complicit in a crime.
Just looking for ID as usual.
@@DMC888 I am going to agree and I shall raise you its standard practice to look for anything that they can ACTUALLY arrest you for.
An illegal search looking for an "axe" would suddenly look legitimate when they pull an eighth of green from your pocket.
RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR!! 😡🤬😡. Reggie.. respect bro! 👊👌
So why didn't they continue through the park to look for the man with an axe
Exactly mate that's what I thought 🤔
So there's a man about with an axe near a school, yet after they were happy you were innocent, 3 of them stood around while the other copper uncuffed you in slow time. The other three could have gotten on with urgently hunting for the axeman. That is if he ever existed, which is highly doubtful by the way they casually strolled off towards their vehicle at the end, without looking around staying aware of their surroundings.
wow, there is some very bad apples in the police force
Do the police realise just how much interaction’s like this will provide ammunition for a negative response from the public.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
There could have been a guy with an axe, but he was probably only collecting wood because he can't afford to heat his house ...
thats actually quite plausible never thought of that, this is the park in the town i live in, much of the area behind the school where the police mentioned he was located/seen, is just wooded area with paths going through it, he could of literally just been getting wood 😂😂
You must work for the rails
Surprised they didn't do a anal cavity search! Drunk with power.
Everton Is shit
@@the_m2_24 so are you 💩
Can't believe the attitude of that Sargent, what a muppet
It's karma. Mistake a woman cop for a fella and get mistaken for an axe wielding murderer.
🤣
🤣
PC He/She had the axe to grind..... 😏
That was great
You have read the situation 100% correctly
I really thought you were about to get tasered .I’m glad you didn’t
I thought so too mate 😜
@@ReggiePhoto shared on my community tab
After watching this, my advice to any 'bat shit crazy' axe murderer is, before your next rampage inform police that Reggie is roaming the area with a camera, then feel free to go as berserk as you wish. Reggie will be their priority while your killing spree is totally ignored.
They didn't seem too concerned in looking for the real axeman once they knew it wasn't you.
Please follow this up Reggie, there’s no point if they get away with this otherwise they’ll do it all again.
actually quite annoying to see this in my town, i clicked the video just expecting a cruddy interraction with police, had no idea it would be on our towns park
Funny how they didn’t seem that bothered that there was an axe wielding man on the loose after they’d established that it wasn’t you. Did they ever find him? It would be interesting to find out about the contents of the call.
The description on the stop and search form was that a man was seen in the park using a axe erratically against trees 🤣 was the person not looking to gather firewood or something.
Ask them for the CAD Number in future buddy
@@ReggiePhoto Revisit them. This time with a joke axe in head. £3.50 on Amazon. Perhaps to follow up a complaint.
@@quaverpants You can still get it. Since the cad was about reggie he makes a SAR for it and for the tape of the call. No problem in blanking out the names, or a transcript of the call. Make sure you ask for the times of the call, the times of the CAD and the CHS as welll if one was made.
Very very hard for them to get away with not providing it, particularly when you say, you will have to deliver as part of discovery, so do not destroy it.
For DPS they have a major issue now. Do they deliver and admit the officers lied, and were in cahoots?
Focus pocus.... the gold standard of auditing 👌id love see a collab video of you two together at some point
I would 100% of expected them to plant something on you back in “the day” thank you for recording these interactions… these useless waste of space are just disgusting!
checking his pockets for an axe...ffs
When I was a lad I had respect for the police but Reggie you are worth ten of those officers who searched you today. They were there to teach you a lesson and I so hope that it will backfire on them . PS merry Christmas Reggie.👍
If I was in his shoes, I would take this P.D. to court for illegal detainment, and illegal search. "LAWSUIT!!!"
Supposedly has an axe but let the pedestrian walk past
The search was based on a call by someone reporting they'd seen someone with an axe which is hearsay, not reasonable grounds for a search. Prosecute the lot of them for assault, battery, unlawful imprisonment etc etc. Also prosecute the seargent who conducted the assault for insulting behaviour under section 5 public order act. Submit a FOI to obtain details of the alleged call which will confirm it's non existent or the description bears no resemblance to yourself. Look forward to the update on this. Good luck.
Please do Reggie. This encounter is unlawful, punitive and a disgrace.
Civil claims against all present, just like chappie says.
Also FOIA request all police radio communications regarding the supposed axe incident.
If these liars were looking for an axe why would they go through your pockets? A simple pat down would reveal an axe
And all the time...the real culprit with the axe, makes his getaway.
You should really shout after them when they were leaving: "Where are you going, there is a man with axe, go and f***ing search!"
"Have you got anything on yout hat you shouldn't have?"
Yes. Handcuffs.
I noticed that instead of continuing the search for the man with an axe, they left the park!
You definitely need to get a Subject Access Request for the alleged sighting on a man with an Axe…. And if they were in so much of a hurry to find him, why did they immediately leave the park…. Did the person they were looking for suddenly disappear?
Absolutely disgusting police work.
Sack them all.
Sue them.
Harassment at its finest. First copper almost couldn’t think of anything to accuse you of. Straight to the solicitor with these set up!
ive always wondered how me being handcuffed is for my safety lol
Must be a bloody small axe judging by how he scrutinised every small pocket on your clothing lol
So he went back to the station while someone is running around with a axe....how strange!!
Wow. Did that officer really say" tough shit". IOPC.
What a load of Greg’s sausage roll eaters! All them coppers for a man with an axe even after the negative search no hurry to actually find the suspect! Shocking
They searched you for your wallet. There was no axe.
They lie as easily they breath. This is disgusting behavior of these TYRANTS.
Lying is what they do best
"We've had reports of a person with an axe matching your description........ so I thought I'd confront him all by myself" 😂
Okay... How big is an AXE??? And yet you're being searched with everything being taken out of your pockets??? Must be a teenie tiny axe!!!🤣🤣🤣
Apparently they were looking for a teenie tiny chopper. Well it has been cold.
It reminded me of Swawshank Redemption, where Andy managed to smuggle an axe in, to chisel out of the most secure prison in USA. Of course this was Hollywood and not Lancashire.
@@mickeytheviewmoo Ah yeah. I remember. In my top films ever. Not a spot wrong with that film. I don't think it would have the same effect if it was Strangeways. Can't really envisage Morgan Freeman narating in a Lancashire accent.
It must have been an axe the size of a 50p piece given the extensive search. For the 'tough shit' comment I'd make a complaint as that goes against he principle of 'respect and courtesy' they are supposed to abide by.
the man is still at large with the axe, because there ego is more important...
They established that you weren't carrying an axe then they leave the park. If it was a real call from the public they'd carrying on looking for the real suspect ?! Take em to the cleaners
8:15 never tell them where your car is , or else theres no point refusing details , they'll just do a pnc check . Very deceitful police . Not intetested in mad axe men if theyre asking about drone licences , pure set up !
Meanwhile the mad axeman got away
There was no man with an axe That was targeted at you for auditing, it's there way of pay back. I've Subscribed
I like the urgency they went to find the axeman after the search!
What got me was the length of the search for an axe,how small was the axe he was looking for.
A set up ! There was no man with an axe , it was you they wanted to harass ,truly gut wrenching behaviour
I would have just continued to call them cowards to their faces. Terrified of the general public, pure cowardice.
Don’t forget to ask the cad number for the report
