Tried their yam cake, chee cheong fun with char siew, siew mie, bean skin roll and chicken feet. Except chicken feet, the rest are good. Open early at 6am and close about 12 noon. In the same hawker center also sample tasty wanton noodle and coffee. Good for early risers for food hunt.
17.8.22. Delightful video, thank you. Some months ago, from watching all hawker centres, delightful foods from various bloggers, we initially decided to go on a 2 - 3:week visiting Singapore for food crawl. But recently lots local viewers complaints that hawkers prices have spiked quite a lot, this together with the exceptional increase in airfares makes it not a very favourable tour. Hence, unfortunately got to have staycation, visiting various London Singaporean-Malaysian haunts instead. Thanks again for video, brings back happy memories of yesteryear!!!
Toa Payoh is the heartland of Singapore and is near city centre. Other than the good food, you could visit the HDB Hub to if you are interested in HDB housing.

Is this food centre far from the city? I am visiting SG in Sept and would like to try.
It's pretty near, it's located in a neighborhood called Toa Payoh, 3 MRT stops from Orchard MRT.
