How to change headlight bulb on Toyota Aygo

How to change the headlight bulb on the new 2014 onwards Toyota Aygo. The bulb is a 9012 HIR2 bulb.
I couldnt do it with one hand, but the button'ish thing i'm clicking with my thumb, you have to click and then pull the bulb apart from the socket on the same time.
