He's such a tsundere. Like he acts like he hates you but he secretly cares about you a lot even if he doesn't show it outwardly. Like he was nice enough to give America his leftovers when he was too busy to cook anything because of his very busy work schedule. And how he secretly called Spain to ask him if he could help him out st America's house like with cooking and cleaning. My guess why is that when Romano and his little brother were babies and their grandfather was still alive, is that he spoiled them a little too much but I think he dotted more on his lil brother than he was but i think Grandpa Rome had servants serving them and Grandpa Rome had them keep close tabs on his grandbabies. Y'know sending him scrolls of news on their well-being, being healthy everything you can think of for Grandpa watching or looking out for his grandkids. Can we just appreciate that Romano demanded shoulder rubs from England?? I thought that was hilarious.

It wouldn't be historically accurate though. America and Russia never actually went to war with each other. It would be more like the two of them forcing North and South Korea to fight each other.
