I’ve been here from the start and watched you move in, all the renovations, etc. I mean I can’t look at those ceiling beams without recalling/ appreciating the epic harrowing journey those represent to me now 😂😂😂 And after all that, all those details and budgets to juggle, all that emotional compromise and hard physical labor, the results are just stunning. I have a medium size secondhand fake tree for my apartment. I love it! I’ve seen really nice, realistic trees at thrift stores in the past. Once I have a house, I’ll be getting a bigger one of those. My fake tree still looks great after 15 years.
What a perfect start to christmas. Those lights on the tree look absolutely spot on (my children, 10 and 14, did mine last week and it looked dreadful ... the elves came and re-did the whole lot whilst they were at school 🤣). Loved this vlog and looking forward to the next. Thank you x

Love your channel, we have been vegan for 4 years now, I’m 53 and my now 12 year old was the one who decided we should go vegan when he was 8. It’s a learning curve for me for sure but he is the one who has found vegan RUclipsrs for me to watch. Your vids have really helped us on our journey especially your supermarket shop ones

This was such a nice video to get today. I'm trying to diy my christmas decorations for my one-room apartment and feeling a little sad about it. It's always so nice to see your little family, it's kind of a reminder of the potential life holds and I always love your creative decisions in your home.
You may add some color in the wreath on top of Che chimney to make it more attractive. The spirit of Christmas is very hearty and takes people to make the most of their decorating. Thanks Maddie for starting that lovely spirit.
One thing missing is snow. I miss it so much. Everyone has to make big changes, not to destroy our planet. Big companies firstly, but small individual changes always count too. Wish you a calm and healthy Christmas.

I hope you enjoy some time to rest and spend moments with loved ones. When you mentioned in a previous video about giveaways I was hoping something like your blender would be offered. I've had the same one for nearly 10 years and it's struggling! I've spent so much time trying to find something affordable and powerful, and end end up with envy over yours whenever you use it in a video. Especially when you make hummus with it. You were the one who introduced me to hummus and using it in pasta sauces which is generally a staple in my schedule, but my blender can't handle chickpeas anymore. when planting potted christmas trees, you need to remember they grow up to be really tall trees! i‘d suggest maybe getting a prett small one that you can keep potted for several years, reusing it every christmas. if it gets too big, maybe you can give it to a nursery that grows them to be ultimately cut down?

This was such a nice video to get today. I'm trying to diy my christmas decorations for my one-room apartment and feeling a little sad about it. It's always so nice to see your little family, it's kind of a reminder of the potential life holds and I always love your creative decisions in your home.
You may add some color in the wreath on top of Che chimney to make it more attractive.

Awww Mattie so nice to do this! A lot of work🌸 Well I would like the Vitamix so I can begin healthier habits. Smoothies with fruit and vegetables will up my game. I had Covid and went from 140lbs. to 108lbs. Was dwindling away! It took almost a year, but coming back from it. Hurrah!!! Lol So trying to eat more vegan and I feel the Vitamix would be a great addition to my future self and eating habits. At that time you had a separate channel called Alex and Maddie. I remember your tours of the four Cornwall properties you considered buying. Then the move into your first house. I hope you enjoy some time to rest and spend moments with loved ones. When you mentioned in a previous video about giveaways I was hoping something like your blender would be offered. I've had the same one for nearly 10 years and it's struggling! I've spent so much time trying to find something affordable and powerful, and end end up with envy over yours whenever you use it in a video. Especially when you make hummus with it. You were the one who introduced me to hummus and using it in pasta sauces which is generally a staple in my schedule, but my blender can't handle chickpeas anymore. Thank you for your channel in general. I'm excited for the upcoming content, especially some winter food videos

when planting potted christmas trees, you need to remember they grow up to be really tall trees! i‘d suggest maybe getting a prett small one that you can keep potted for several years, reusing it every christmas. if it gets too big, maybe you can give it to a nursery that grows them to be ultimately cut down?

It usually depicts a special event from her year. I also started the first Christmas she was born a garland. Ea h year I add a new bauble with the year inscribed on it. After she turned 21 the garland became too heavy to hang and is now at my Daughter home..keep up the great work you are doing xx
