Wait wuts a lich?
Pull up a seat mate I got many a tale to tell
So are you aware of how vampires and zombies are undead. Everyone does with zombies obviously but vampires are also considered as not part of living, I think their hearts might not beat or maybe they do but anyways...
A Lich is often a sorcerer that uses magic to make themselves live forever like a vampire. However a Lich can be different as seen in many different fantasy games and shows. In the Elder Scrolls games some are decomposing like a zombie but but unlike zombies are conscious and still live while they’re bodies appear to be getting all gross. However there is a Lich known as the King of Worms who in the Elder Scrolls games I believe was the first Lich and he doesn’t seem to decompose and in those games they are usually necromancers. Wiz however is nice and will stay 20 years old forever. I believe being a Lich is on the same level of being a vampire too they both are in undead classes and are often evil but I guess can be capable of doing good.

As Konosuba like Overlords Magic Systems are heavily based on DnD:
Here Teleportation is likely very close or exactly the level 7 Spell teleport. The random destination is always an implied option there. Because it's a very likely failed outcome of teleporting to an unknown location.
Also if her appearance is not natural it's likely level 2 "alter self". That one holds up to physical inspection. Of course no one wanted to know that, right? That transformation spell is only limited to maintaining the rough bodyplan like bipedal and rough size. Meaning every humanoid of roughly correct height can look and feel like a thicc lady.
Since it lasts up to 1 hour and is only level 2 that would be feasible to maintain for a wizard her level. As in: You can make an adventure league legal level 20 wizard that can permanently maintain alter self. For a Warlock it's even easier I think a level 5 warlock can do it (at will alter sefl) via pact feature. So if that's your main focus it's only a few levels of warlock dip.
And in Konosuba canon Wiz is easily above 12 total levels. The progression is the least DnD analogue of the whole system. So level milestones get very wonky in this comparison.
