personally instead of fleeting rain i would have used riot gun, also would have cut jihad for gun boost so as to get +75 percent
fleeting rain can deal more damage if all the hits land though!

wonder why they nerfed repels and buffed gun strats when gun having many of the best offensive moves in the game was probably a bigger problem
