haha i found out about cage the elaphant because my dad is a cop and he said he had this crazy guy randomly say "CAGE THE ELAPHANT!!!!" so i looked it up on the internet and now theyre my favorite band.
@crockett5 I once played in a jam band, covering floyd, dead, phish, and such, wearing cargo pants with 27 inch leg openings, punk band t-shirts, and blue hair, complete with tattoos and piercings. music's just music to real musicians who play for the love, not the mtv deal.

They really aren't too bad live. Pretty good actually. It would be better if the singer could just calm down a little. I know he's getting into it but it might be best to calm down a little.

The first grunge band was Mother Love Bone.
I'm not sure on that, i know that mother love bone was a very early grunge band, but i think it was the melvins, but i could be wrong.
