Kishock Harpoon Gun Infiltrator vs Despoina Reapers on Insanity (Mass Effect 3)

If an Infiltrator starts charging the Kishock and then activates Tactical Cloak, they can not only fire a fully charged shot and receive the damage boost, but that shot won't interrupt the Cloak, allowing for another, partially charged shot to be fired. The weapon also ignores the shield gate mechanic which means you won't need to have someone spam Overload on shielded targets and doesn't seem to get a damage penalty from hipfiring.
