Stim Casting

Hello I like to dance with my hands which I like to call Stim Casting. There are those who like to call it light language, but the narrative associated with that term doesn't appeal to me very much. I do it because it makes me feel like my most authentic self and calms me down, which makes it a sort of therapy for me. I hope you can feel a sense a calmness watching this as well.
