A very improvised video shooting dance footage in my folk's barn. It is stocked full of items from my childhood, due to my parent's holding storage of many things from my past. I created this as a cathartic release to express how hard it is to be haunted by the past and want so much to be released from all its baggage so the heart can be free.

I feel this in my bones, I call it my hand dance when I’m meditating. Is it a specific hand movement for specific things. Or are you moving how I flow with my energy healing? It’s so beautiful.
I have always wondered this about myself, what kind of ripple effects am I creating while hand dancing and expressing myself fully through them? Are they communicating something beyond me? I know they are, but in what way? It's such a mystery, but all I know is I feel truly myself when I do it, and that's what matters the most, just being with the movements <3
I find myself captivated by the thought that the entire channel draws its inspiration from the graceful hand gestures of Aurora. These movements are precisely what have made her my favorite artist since I first encountered her music in June 2016. The reason behind this admiration is profound: it is through my own hands that my soul expresses its reverence for her artistry. This connection creates a truly beautiful feeling within me.

Im not sure what this is miss, could you please explain it to me, is it a type of sign language or just hand movements?
Just hand dancing, some call it energy weaving, my hands are just expressing what I feel from the music. I named it stim casting because I am neurodivergent, many have mentioned it looks like I am casting a spell and it helps regulate my emotions and become present in the moment, similar to meditation. I hope that brings more clarity.
