- Existe um lugar entre o certo e o errado. A gente se encontra lá.
São 12 anos descascando muitas camadas sobre o que a gente acredita ser… O que é dança? O que é bonito? O que é arte? O que em mim expressa?
Nessa jornada, as perguntas apresentaram um mundo de possibilidades.. A pergunta expande. A resposta limita.
Na direção que essas perguntas nos levam, temos encontrado esse jeito de dançar. Não encontrei um nome pra ele…
Mas nosso líder é o fluxo. Do que é natural, orgânico e do que está presente a cada momento.
Não sou um corpo que dança. Nem uma mente que entende. Nem emoções, sensações, ou energia. Sou tudo isso. Todas as dimensões do meu ser afetam a forma que eu me movimento. Então não tem um jeito “certo” tem o que é a cada momento. Esse é nosso líder. E nós o seguimos através da presença.
Tudo isso pode ser sentido sozinho. Mas no encontro com o outro, surge a potência que revela oq as vezes se esconde, e potencializa oq já é..
Anderson proporcionando direcionamento, suporte, segurança. Eu deixando acontecer, entregando, confiando, expandindo oq surge..
E Bali acolhendo a tudo que tem vida. Nesse sistema de valores de Bali aonde o que importa é o que é real e natural, me sinto em casa, me sinto parte e profundamente inspirada para o que existe de mais simples e verdadeiro dentro de mim ❤️ Gratidão infinita a toda a nossa jornada que nos trouxe até esse lugar! A todos que fizeram possível esse momento !

I also loved the sincere "behind the screens" part at the end, of Brenda catching her breath! It looks so effortless, that you'd almost think it does not take energy - yet this shows it is also a high intensity cardio workout! Making a dynamic dance (and other movement arts) look fluent and amazing, indeed - making it look effortless - paradoxically takes lots of effort and dedication in many senses. I still remember my Tae kwon do teacher, if you don't feel pretty exhausted after a routine (a stylized fighting form without an adversary), you did something wrong!
