The video is bizarre and not something I'm very keen on but definitely love the track itself. Might feature my favorite harmonization on the album too.
I really like how the guitar part in during the chorus is this super fast chugging riff. Then goes back to the main riff. Different and awesome! Pop Metal it is!
@@ikymagoo A lot of the early (late 70s/early 80s) punk bands use melodies which are similar to pop bands of the 50s and 60s. Just listen to the Ramones or the Misfits. Many of their songs sound like pop music from earlier decades, just with heavier guitars. There's nothing wrong with that. I love both bands. And we all know that Metallica listened to both bands in their early years. It's no wonder they're inspired by them.
Definitely my fav song on the album but being a die hard punk im like meh on that observation. There are those slightly fast snare beats a few times but its so light and playful. Nothing like wilhelm scream, against all auth. Punk bands like that.
@@flynnlivescmd That's why wrote "melodic punkrock" and "not hardcore". Punk (music) is not just punk. There's different genres within the musical punk movement. From Minor Threat to the Ramones and the Exploited to Bad Religion. They may all belong to the musical genre of punk, but they're not of the same style. It's like metal. You have death metal and then there's softer stuff like the NWOBHM or some radio friendly bands.
ya know i can see some of these songs being made into an anthem very inspirational very powerful if you don't feel anything listening to this peticular album or song then i don't know what to tell ya

Both the idea and the execution in it is perfect, the feeling is hard af.
I think I have heard a lot of people say this song definitely grows on you. I actually had this song on repeat while doing some work over the weekend.
Absolutely love this song! So catchy
Man the Chorus is the best part of the whole album haha That triplet riff is amazing.
Curious what you think of Inamorata...
Haven’t done it yet, soon 😊
@@ikymagoo Can't wait!!
A MASTERPIECE!!! MUSIC IS KILLER BUT PREFER AUDIO BETTER! A TOTAL BANGER!!!
Had the same doubts as you. ;) Chorus grew on me, it sounded like Green Day a bit in the beginning, now it is fine ;)

I don't hear any pop in there... I think punk is the word you are looking for. The song itself is indeed awesome!
Perhaps, but I still hear a little pop in there, but I like it!

Best song on the album
There's definitely a punk feel to it. Of course no hardcore, but melodic punkrock. One of my favourites on the album.

Kirk signature solo techniques required in 72 season album and not the versions of all the haters.
They havent missed a beat!
This song is more to their punk ish side.
👌
The tune is great but the video is just weird. I believe it may be some VR thing but not sure
I have to listen to most of the tracks of 72 Seasons without the videos, because the videos are to weird and distracting.
I agree
