    Mosfet or IGBT anything will do as long as the frequency used is within the acceptance levels of the switches.We are considering here a frequency of about 20 KHz.I have not measured the rise and fall time because, as compared to the operating frequency it will be too small and basic requirement of getting capacitors in parallel first and then in series does not call for knowing such time.One can to mega volts and mega cycles as long as the switches used permit that.I don't understand AWG of HV

    Sir please tell me how to connect the optoisolator to the circuit and how the switches are operated by that.

    Please, may we use a DC high voltage power supply instead of rectified AC high frequency transformer?

    What is maximum frequency response?
    What is maximum current handled with respect to frequency covered?
    What is maximum voltage handled?
    Can you direct me to the same but AWG of HV?
    Can this generator go from 10khz to 1MHz?

    if we want an output of 100 volts, then how many stages we need for that? i would like to remind here i want to do this on an hardware
