Thank you for the demonstration. I really appreciate the tip about the back cover and the reminder to empty it out. I've never had a binding machine and I just learned about click binding. The cost of the puncher is pretty expensive, you're right. But for the convenience of the size, I think it would be really worth it. I looked up the cost for the 100 pack and it comes out to around 38¢ right now per piece which is really good I think because I'm looking to make my own coloring books. I'll have to save up for the items but I wanted to say that I really appreciate the video.
I bought one of these probably a decade ago now. Never used it. Just checked it. Looks and slides like new. If you’re interested in buying this, comment. I’ll sell it for $50 plus shipping.
Can I easily cut the length of the binding clips if I have a smaller size page that is not 11" long? Or are there different lengths that I can purchase? My goal is to bind 8.5 x 7 pages, which is a half sheet of legal paper.
Can you use regular spirals binding coils to put your books together instead of the clicking one you used for those of us who don't want to reuse the coils?
Omgoodness! That was so fun to watch! 😂🤓 Oh no!!! I'm so sorry you had to do all that! I hate when stuff like that happens! 🤦 Your planner looks great now though! 😁❤
If you goto their actual website, they have white and blue spines and several sizes that they don’t show on amazon :) You can also use a spiral coil (specific size) with this lunch. The website says which one. Thanks for the video!
Quick Question: When you use card stock do you print it like you're printing on normal paper or do you change any settings on your printer.. Thank you for this video!
@@samanthawoods615 what did you decide? I have the truBind and kind of wish I had the pro click because I like the idea of being able to open them and edit them if needed and the reusable coils. The truBind coils could be reused but not add pages. Julie, do you ever add things?
Goodness I just got the scotch laminator and laminating sheets. Do you think I should invest in this binding machine too? It looks great!! Maybe I should wait for Black Friday!
@@mamatofive1 I had to come back and comment a reply update on this. This weekend a neighbor put up her old proclick for grabs, and she decided to gift it to me! Can’t wait to use it and see if it works! So exciting! Now I have my homeschool “essentials” - a laminator and a binding machine :)
I am having the hardest time trying to figure out why my pages "sway" to the right or hang down from the binding. If anyone knows what would cause this problem, please let me know.
I would have loved to see how you used the tool instead of snapping them with your hands 😩 I don’t know how to use the tool and haven’t found a clear video to help.

"I prefer to do it this way because I have never once tried to do it a different way" HAS to be the most "I am a white woman who is going to homeschool my children and they are never going to leave my sight, even if it means they will never be functioning members of society and ANYTHING different is paralyzingly scary and therefore bad" statement to be uttered in a very long time.

WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH i WAS skeptical about this
OMG I didn't know a thing like this existed! Thanks for making this video!!!
I ordered this earlier this month and LOVE IT!!!
Yes!! It’s great 😊
That looks amazing! Especially since you can reuse the spines.
So helpful! Thank you so much!!
Oh yes! I got this system too and absolutely love it! It really does go fast, considering you can do only a handful at a time.
Yes! It really does 😊
Wow Looks so easy ha ! thanks for sharing

Do you make your own planner?! I love it! Do you have a video about it by chance? Lol

Thank you for posting this!! I've had this on my list but really wanted to see it used like this!
I’m so glad this could help! It really is nice to see a step by step in action, right? 😊
Which planner do you use?

I love this system, love love. The only family was my pages aren't turning smoothly. If anyone knows what might be the problem can you please help me

Oh I didn’t know that! Thanks for the info 😊
@@mamatofive1 can you cut the spines down to whatever size you want to use say for example if your pages are shorter for making a planner?
Loved the video!! What card stock did you use? 130lb? Also can I used wire spirals on this machine ?
Julie, I know you did this video a year ago. Is this the same binding system that you still use?
Quick Question: When you use card stock do you print it like you're printing on normal paper or do you change any settings on your printer.. Thank you for this video!
I don’t change settings on my printer, but my printer can’t do double sided on card stock. So I just have to manually flip it. 😊
Hi! I am trying to decide between this and the trubind. Can you flip the books back on themselves then? Does that make sense 😅
Yes they can flip back on themselves! 😊
@@mamatofive1 do you use the same size spines for the teachers guide as the notebooks? I saw the normal spines are 85pages

@@sarahtausch4391 I chose the proclick! I really like it a lot. My only complaint is that the larger spines are harder to find

Oh man, that IS expensive for a punch! It seems like such a great option though for GR! I’ll have to invest one day..☺️

Do you think you need a plastic cover when binding?
I prefer it to protect the cover...definitely not necessary 😊
@@mamatofive1 Thank you :) I was thinking of getting the black back and clear cover. They are pre punched so I thought that would be nice.
Can you get bigger spines if you have a very thick book?
Yes, there’s one bigger than the one I used. I believe it holds 110 papers 😊

Good morning! 😊
Where did you get your calendar pages?
This might sound silly, but I would love a planner flip through of what you are adding for pages 😁
These are the monthly pages www.moritzfinedesigns.com/2020-2021-monthly-calendar/ 😊
Thank you!
Good morning
