I thought about what you said the other day. you know, you asked me if I ever had an offer from a company last year.
I did, I took a company up on the offer and I was about to work there. Things didn't go well in the end and it didn't work out for me though.

Take your offer은 진짜 offer를 take 하는(5달러 offer를 받겠다) 느낌이고 take you up on the offer은 제안대로 하겠다는 의미네요
