What’s the average net % income on your student monthly revenue? What kind of profit can we expect?

    • @Jamesblackwellrecruitment

@@Jamesblackwellrecruitment and do you accept students in your program that start from zero? I don’t have a recruiting agency but have 15 years + in sales and 5 of those as a sales manager. How long does it take to get some traction and reach $10K/month if I go all in from the start?

Yes we do just like Sam had zero experience. You need to commit and be willing to invest in yourself and take the risk to go out and start with my help. Depends on how good you are all i can do is show you the blueprint and me and my team support you every step of the way @@sarahgosselin6587

80k per month? Is that net to him? What was he taking home before tax?

you dont need to do a course to scale your agency to 80k a month 😂 I've done 1 million in my first year , how ? hard work doing consistently cold calls, meeting clients getting repeat business , ring rounds , putting in the effort basically to build relationships, mixture of permanent & contract recruitment

You are an exception to most if you did 1million year 1 so congratulations. (net profit) as if thats contract revenue then we wouldn't really count that towards revenue as you dont see more than about 10% of that. It sounds tiring just working hard, the smarter richer people dont just work hard cold calling, there is a better way after you get started than doing it that way. But thats up to you. Most of the rich learned from mentors. What gets you from A to B doesn't get you from B to C my friend.

@@Jamesblackwellrecruitment it was a mixture of perms (60%) and contract (40%), and not an exception its about putting in the effort to win more business as a 360 recruiter to grow no cheat sheets or fast track it takes time as you well know yourself. its about employing the right people for your business , top billers dont sit around waiting for business to come in and just serve warm desks everyday. But I do agree with you on learning from mentors in the industry who have been there and done it
