These concerts need to hire someone specifically to watch for potential safety issues who can point them out while the concert is happening and so the crowd itself isn’t the first to notice and have to tell each other to get back….a safety person watching the stage at each outdoor concert would help notify people of the problem sooner. The flooding in certain regions doesn’t just happen because of the rain….it happens because of where they built that city and they didn’t build adequate routes for the water to go so that it keeps moving…..the water gets stuck and that’s why it fills up and floods. They need to build adequate water flow routes to take the water away or this kind of flooding will keep happening.
