Do not stay at this hotel unless you enjoy the smell of mold and cigarette. The manager is extremely rude. Please keep looking for better hotels with standards.
@@bitesizetw We stayed in Otaru after touring all four islands of Japan. We only stayed at this hotel because everything was booked in Sapporo. We are very easy going people. We are far from high maintenance. But we analyzed and dealt with several racist things from the manager because we are black. He treated us so horribly and it left a very hurtful and fishy taste in our mouth. Lucky for him, his hotel is not in the U.S because we would have sued.
