Cliff Bennett - You've Got What I Like (Live in London 2014)

Recorded at The Joe Meek Evening at The Borderline on 27th April 2014, Cliff Bennett & The Rebel Rousers' first record with Joe Meek. Written by Joe and released in June 1961. This was the first time since those days that Cliff performed it, ably assisted by original 'Rebel Rouser' Sid Philips.

Joe's 'Jerry Lee Lewis' style song,.. great rocking live version with a gruffer vocal from Mr. Bennett. I can understand why he didn't like recording the soppy Meek song 'Poor Joe'!
