  • Simone has posted so many crazy training videos lately, and it is truly going to be a surprise to see what her 2024 routines will look like! After Simone showed some never before attempted skills in training a couple weeks ago, this video compiles all of her hardest skills into an absolutely insane potential all around program. Obviously, this program is very unrealistic and the combination of the most difficult skills ever in one routine won't happen, but it's fun to see what is possible in the world of gymnastics with Simone- you never know what she'll bring to the competition floor! Comment down below what you think!

    The beam D score should be 6.8 because her version has been downgraded from F to E, and with the 0.1 increase from the dismount, it should be 6.5+0.2+0.1 = 6.8. Her 6.5 routine is pretty efficient and she may focus on execution instead.

    Semi-OT: Can we get rid of the "spotting deduction"? Women have broken their necks on the vault event before. Having a spotter should be allowed on highly-dangerous vaults. The Code of Points should never penalize safety!

    To be fair she doesn’t need much upgrades on bar to challenge for a medal, a routine like
    Weiler half + maloney + pike tkatchev .3
    Toe full + shang + pak .3
    Van leuween
    Fabrichnova
    DDEDFDEF = 3.8 + .6 + .2 dismount + 2.0 = 6.6 this is very competitive already plus it’s not too different from her current bar composition should be able
    To score 14.6- 15.0

    • @ansonpang
      @ansonpang 6 месяцев назад +1

      I mean she is already scoring a 14.4 with her current 6.0 routine at Worlds. So yeah, I would think 14.8 would be likely.
      On the other hand, I would think she needs at least a 15+ to medal at Paris on bars... which is not going to be easy, well unless the Paris final is going to replicate the levels of disaster in the Tokyo final

      @@ansonpangIf Kaylia Nemour, Nina Derwael, Suni Lee, and Shilese Jones are all in Paris, it would be virtually impossible for Simone to win a medal on bars. And that's not even taking into consideration any of the Chinese athletes or what Gabby Douglas might have to offer this year.

    is it just me but why does her new beam routine hv so many hand movements while standing still like it feels so “forced” 😟 i rmb 2016 her routine was so packed and went by so quickly without any unnecessary movements, it feels like she’s using as much time as she can

  • @erick_yuri
    @erick_yuri 6 месяцев назад +3

    This Simone all-around really has crazy unrealistic potential, more because of the risk than because of Biles' ability, which we know is quite possible for her to achieve.
    The new vault is still too early to be approved, the new connection at UB is a risk on its weakest device, it is unlikely to do Barani on beam again due to high discounts, but it can do Biles which is very stable and needs to be increased the difficulty grade and she doesn't need to do 3 elements above H on the floor to win. I don't even think she will do Biles I in 2024.
    The 2023 World Cup was a rehearsal of what she can't do if she wants to win 5 gold medals at the Olympics. But, again, she still doesn't doubt anything about Biles. She just can!

    • @cocoroni1031
      @cocoroni1031 6 месяцев назад +4

      If she can make the YDP consistent without Landi staying there, she has huge advantage based on the 6.6 difficulty alone. I agree that D+F combo still looks risky. Maybe another D+E is good enough for a 6.2-6.4D routine.
      I think she probably wants team and beam gold more than anything.

    • @erick_yuri
      @erick_yuri 6 месяцев назад +4

      @@cocoroni1031 Yesssssssssssssssssss And honestly, if she just won the gold in beam, which we know won't be just that, it would be great. Since Rio 2016 she's wanted this gold medal and the only thing missing lol It's the one I want her to win the most.

    • @aliciamcdonald7105

      @@erick_yuri She wants the beam gold the most of course but team and AA gold are close after. The only upgrade I feel very confident about is her adding back her Biles II on floor. To secure the gold on beam however, I feel she must upgrade to add at least a .2 difficulty. Of course being consistent is most important in all this.
      Having said that, while ALL the routines put together might be unrealistic, I wont put much pass Simone by way of upgrades. I think she will be looking at Paris as her swan song and she will want to go out with a bang.

    • @erick_yuri
      @erick_yuri 6 месяцев назад +2

      @@aliciamcdonald7105 I agree. And I really believe that Biles in the beam is enough to increase the difficulty it needs. There are also connection jumps that it can make, but I believe it will only be dismount.
