I just finished watching the November Mickey Jo Theatre Live....OMG you just keep getting better and better. This was so entertaining, I would even watch it again and again(I live streamed it, I am in Oregon). Each guest brought a unique piece for the whole show. Your dad was amazing. For some reason I went to Chess, his voice seemed similar to the cast recordings I have heard. I always enjoy the game and Ellie! The last song melted me, I was clapping and cheering at the end. I love Madge and Bake Off. Nice to meet Pippa! Bravo to all who made this happen!!👏👏👏🤩😍🥰
So gutted that I’m not available to watch the livestream for November! Would have loved to see you and Jak Malone 😢 Hope you have a great show, and I’ll look forward to the highlights vid
67-year-old gay man from the Midwest USA - I've been a subscriber here for a while, interested in the theatre world, mostly musicals. To be upfront, I've not always agreed with MickeyJo's critiques, reviews, or viewpoints. But I must admit that his observations are knowledgeable, well-researched, and always a point of view stemming from his obvious love and respect for the theatre world. I offer this to be upfront in sharing my skepticism about what I anticipated that MickeyJo Theatre: LIVE would probably be a silly snippet of a "show" simply for amassing RUclips likes and fame. How wrong I was. And how ashamed I am for such an undeserved preconceived opinion. MickeyJoTheatre: LIVE! was a thoroughly enjoyable show. The host (MickeyJo) shared the stage with other young talent from the West End stage in a well paced offering of stories and songs, and even a few Wicked suggestions too! And what a better venue from to the Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland, 'lets put on a show in the barn", of my generation. So looking forward to this MickeyJo's next show! Five Stars *****
Oh I loved that evening! Brilliant to relive it again. What a beautiful full stop that was after the Musicalcon weekend. Can't wait for next Sunday. It feels like every live show is the best one yet. So grateful to be able to come to these ❤
Not Joaquin encouraging the behavior I've already been doing the past year pestering the Death Note social team (& Frank) for the release of this damn album. Even more so now boy do we need that new recording of "Where Is The Justice" so AT LEAST we need to be thrown that bone while we wait.
Thank you I was also wondering how someone would find out whether they will be seeing principal cast members or understudies before going to see a show on broadway or in the west end? How do you get cheap tickets for Broadway shows? Which shops on Broadway stock official musical merchandise? And finally, can you please do a video about books that are mentioned or read in musicals eg Moby Dick in Heathers.
